Moving into an apartment and in need of a new bed, I was referred to Gennie. In my estimation, she went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. The finance process was a breeze as was the process when I went to pickup my bed. 5 stars all the way around! I’ll definitely recommend!

We went to purchase a chest of drawers we'd seen on the website. Our sales lady Lisa was very helpful. Located what we wanted to see and checked availability. Credit manager Tarryn completed our purchase quickly and professionally. I would shop at the Beckley Schewels again.

The experience we had at Schewels of Beckley was awesome! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we were told to let them know if we needed anything or had questions. There were sales people on the floor, but they didn’t hover over us, which I love! Nancy helped us look at different options for the ottoman that goes with the sectional we purchased to be sure we were happy! She sat down with us and talked with us about what we were wanting and needing. She was awesome and we’ll definitely be back to see her in the future!
