Great experience this evening. Found items I was seeking(sheets, some home decor)& a few extras!! And not only was there a clearance sale, I had a $10 coupon

A good variety of merchandise and love the gluten free products. We purchased an electric fireplace from them and it is amazing! Love it!!

Well stocked and clean. The staff was helpful. It was crowded but in my opinion only means good things, (low prices etc.) I've always enjoyed big lots, this was my first visit to this big lots, I love animals, so I was very happy to see a customer with her dog inside the store. This put a smile on my face, I'll definitely stop back in.

Purchased a King size mattress set. Excellent price for a top end set. Friendly staff and quick service.

When we head to town we try to stop here. The shelf's were almost bare ,after a inquiry as to this oddity we were told that this store was soon to under go a complete renovation to include the attached building next door, a closed rave/sports/night club.This will double the size and will start on about 03-25-2020 or when the stock is all sold.As of yesterday you could get a 30% off all merchandise and who could not use an gallon of bleach or some cooking spices or dishes/pots and pans at a good discount. I was informed that this store will be completed on or around 10-25-2020, we think the wait will be well worth it.Bigger and better,yea.

Big Lots is a customer oriented store with the best set of staff every. I would recommend Biglots to a friend or family any day. Curtis was the sale personnel who attended to me at the Beckley's branch, WV. He was really welcoming and he contributed to me having a very pleasant experience every time I shopped there.

We love this big lots this store has the best staff. They are so sweet and helpful. We got a bunch of stuff for our new place. We will be coming back soon to shop for more things. They have so much neat things for every room in our house. Thank you for your help great people make the difference.

Wow! What a nice store! I couldn't believe how nice it is now..they just reopened several months back but I hadn't been because it was kinda yuck before..I'm totally impressed with the turn-around!

Wow! This location was recently remodeled and additional space added. It's now nice and bright with tons new inventory. We even bought a broyhill sofa! Will be going back.

Very nicely laid out and the floor displays are done very well! I've never been in a Big Lots before and I was blown away by the inventory and I Love the furniture!

Man Big Lots has come a long way from what I remember it being. Great selection of Christmas decorations and furniture.

Clean and well stocked. Great customer service. However, Big Lots prices are not a bargain anymore.

Easy to access and find something interesting every time. Some prices are lower on some items, some are of no savings. It's all in what you go looking for.

Found what I needed quickly with the help of a sales associate. The price was fair, the store was clean, and every associate was helpful.
