I've been a member of Mountain Heritage FCU since 1997. We lived in WV and I frequented the Kearneysville branch. You couldn't find a nicer, friendlier, more professional group than the clerk's and manager! I had banks prior to joining the MHFCU. NOT ONE was better. They knew me, my family, That expertise, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge has never waivered to this day. I moved a lot after my husband died in 2006. I live in MD now, I've lived here 11 years now. I don't see the friendly faces but I mostly speak with the wonderful professionals in Parkersburg if I have a problem or concern. They too have the same qualities that have kept me a member for 22 years! !!

A great credit union to it's members I left for awhile but am so glad to be back you don't get this kinda service at any other banks I don't know about other credit unions but for me Mountain Heritage FCU is the best
