I recently had two sessions with Nova Alternative Wellness. The first was Reiki with Melissa and her intuitive foresight and healing energy was phenomenal, with her help I was able to dive deep into some latent mental and emotional issues that lay buried under the sands of time. The next session was a relaxing and rejuvenating massage from Tim, who helped me realize tension that I never even knew was there. After both sessions I felt a renewed energy and calmness that stayed with me for some time. Melissa is amazing. I have been to several different types of alternative healers and she is by far the best. Her intuition is phenomenal. After my session I felt lighter and more clarity. I had more energy. The session gave me hope and healing where I had not found it before. I would definitely recommend her (and have been!).

I had a set of 3 sessions for hypnosis to help curtail my smoking and drinking habits to make life better and it has really helped me. I also had 3 sessions of massage for bursitis in my shoulders and for my painful heel spur and this also was of great benefit. Graston Technique was used for my heel spur and my heel has greatly improved, I highly recommend Melissa and Tim for therapy!
