Take 5 Car Wash

I used to wash my truck by hand but now I live in an apartment and do not have access to a hose. Decided to try out overflow when the Northport location opened up and I now go 3 to 4 times a week! I have the ceramic monthly package and it is totally worth it. Besides the fantastic wash I get every time the staff is so friendly. The dryers in the wash do about a 90% job, but it is a great feeling to have a nice and clean microfiber every time I go to do that last 10%.

Major shoutout to Laef (I’m assuming the spelling) for going out of his way to provide personal customer service. I take pride in my truck and so to have someone there who compliments it and takes the time (when there was no one else lined up) to come and talk about it is just great service.

This was the best car wash experience I've had in a while! The workers were very nice and took the time to answer my questions about the wash options. I will definitely be back through again soon!

I enjoyed my experience at the wash. It could use more towels though, but they were really busy at the time so I understood. Terrell was a great help and attentive.

There’s this short chubby guy with a beard, I think his name is Terrell, yeah that’s it. But there was problem I was having with the vacuum suction. And I was needing it to work because all the vacuum stalls were used. Guess it was vacuum day! So I seen he worked there and went to him and asked what could be done. He looked me dead in the eyes and said “Ya know, this is usually something nobody can fix, but my name is Terrell!!” And started tinkering with the vacuum hose. Now, I’m sitting here thinking this vacuum isn’t gonna work and he’s just wasting my time. He doesn’t know magic or anything, right? But, I kid you not, this man had to have put some kind of spell on that vacuum because it turned on and the power was so good it had my car looking as if I just got off the lot (by the inside lol)!! I told him thanks and he pointed back with the gun fingers saying “you got it!” and then proceeded to moonwalk off. This is the only car wash in town I’ll ever be going to. You guys should make Terrell the manager and model your whole team after him. That man is greatness! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

I loved my experience, and I will be back! My car has never looked better. Terrell was very attentive, and professional in assisting me.

This staff is extremely helpful. Multiple workers came out of their way to help me or ask if I need help, I really enjoyed my experience here - not to mention my car was gleaming when I left!

My pickup was caked with pollen. They allowed me to go through until it was sparkling clean! Fast, convenient and courteous!

Very convenient for single mothers or women in general. It’s a all in one independent car wash. They have great vacuums with strong suction. If you pay $25 you can start a membership and wash at any location for up to 30 days.
