FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers

Everyone here is courteous, friendly, professional, and skilled. You can feel the welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I am not sure how but they make physical therapy fun. I enjoy the one-on-one, attention to the smallest detail, and encouragement each patient gets. I am always impressed and satisfied with the “workout”, services received. I would recommend to anyone in need of balance needs.

Be extremely careful using these services and just know that it is billed completely differently than other facilities/doctors offices. Had I been informed at one of my 4 appointments, I would have been more understanding but when I asked about what I owed thusfar, I was told that my insurance was covering visits. Once services were rendered, I was then billed all at once for over $300. Most staff are friendly. The therapists were wonderful, but the billing department is not helpful to say the least. When I called to understand the bill, I said, "okay" since I dont really have a choice at this point and when trying to pay over the phone was transferred 3 times, and then told they would have to call me back to receive payment at their convenience. If finances aren't a concern to you, disregard this review but if you need to know your bills timely like most people, keep this in mind.
