Main Event Warrenville

Held daughter's birthday party there this weekend. It was very clean and well run and the food was better than I expected it to be. The girls loved bowling and laser tag the most! Sam the party host was excellent and super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a kid's birthday party.

The Manger Ryan was super warm and friendly. All the arcade machines are well maintained. I was only here for a short time since I came close to closing, but I will definitely come back to try laser tag :)

I like going to this place with my daughter. We always have a great time here playing laser tag, gravity ropes, and bowling. I'll definitely come back again. It's a perfect destination for a full day of fun.

Came for my godson's birthday. Since I don't have small children to keep up with, I ordered food and drinks hung out in the party area. Everyone employee I encountered was very nice and helpful. The kids had a great time. Really good bartender. My food was pretty good. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Me, my husband, & our kids love it here. We celebrated our son's 8th birthday here & he had a great time. The food is good & the games are fun. The only problem is is that it's VERY loud inside the place. So, if you're sensitive to loud noises, you will definitely need ear protection when coming here.

Attended a gathering back in 2019. Had fun. There was food, games, pool tables, bowling, laser tag and shuffle board.Kind of busy on a Saturday night. FYI but great place to hang out have fun and drink.

A little confusing when you first walk in (so much to see and do) but the people at the main desk are super helpful and explain everything really well. There is plenty for the kids to do, and we did 1 hour unlimited game play in the arcade, and laser tag. They also have bowling, a trapeze tightrope thing, plus a fast service restaurant and a full service restaurant and bar. Prices were a little high, but not too bad, they have lots of specials and deals. Great employees who were very helpful. Kids had a great time and we'll be going back.

Great place for a birthday party - especially for a bunch of energetic boys. Great value for all the things you get. We started with bowling, then pizza and cake (cake provided by us, but they cut and served it!), laser tag and then arcade! My “birthday VIP” even got enough tickets to get a Nerf gun as his prize! Most other kiddos won about 5 to 600 tickets but make sure to caution them against doing any of the VR games because they take up a lot more credits. I also found out later than you can add time on your cards vs just credits. Wish I would have known that, because some kiddos burned through their credits a lot faster and were just standing around waiting for everyone else to finish. Overall though, it was a great experience. Your party coordinator stays with your kiddos the whole time, puts gifts in a safe place, serves the food, gets drinks, cleans up, etc. It was great and my 8-year-old loved it.

Came for our grandson's breakfast birthday party and was greeted at the door by Carey(sp?) and your very upbeat official greeter. Carey was fantastic with everything, from leading us to our room and explaining the order of activities to being attentive to our needs and especially to the way she dealt with the kids. She talked with them, learned their names, explained things to them, and even convinced our 7 year old twin granddaughters to participate in laser tag by showing them by themselves what it was like before the game started. She was like another grandma to the kids!
It was very well organized, the food and drinks were delicious, and we all had a great time!

Sammie Sam was an gave great customer service. One of the fans took our money. We let one of the staff know and he immediately put the points back on our card.

What a great place. A little expensive for bowling but worth it. The place is super clean. The food is really good and not as expensive as I expected. The have different games you can play while bowling that is scored different. Also some crazy stuff like being able to take photos of yourself then they animate you into funny character. On the weekday we payed 22.00 per hour plus shoe rental for the lanes. As I said a little more expensive then the dive alleys. And the cleanliness is worth the money. Happy bowling

we stopped by today, the prices are good they have several different packages, we had an unlimited card for 1 hour which was 10$ but you dont recieve any points which we were okay with, we also bought a bracelet for unlimited climbing, my 10 yr old had so much fun that was 7.99$ everything is + tax, over all customer was good, they have plenty or selection as far as arcades, they also have bowling area you can buy a bracelet for 20$ that will include a pass to bowling, climbing and games which is a great deal if you want to stay there for a while, we will definitely be back soon, something else I want to add is they have sanitary towels to clean the game before you play it which i really liked to avoid anything unexpected. the kids had so much fun, we did to.

I had my birthday party there. Honestly the service in the bowling alley was terrible. It took forever for a waitress to come to the table after asking 3 times for a waitress to come take orders. When we finally got our orders, they didn’t leave plates or utensils. I was very unhappy about that. But the bowling attendants were quick and very nice. Also the game attendants were great. The laser tag guns were broken. But honestly what will keep me coming back is that everyone was so nice. I had a blast. Thank you to most of the Main event staff for making such a wonderful birthday for me. ❤

Love this place, maintenance could use a bit of work sometimes, but it's great overall.

Very nice place, to enjoy our time with family and friends. Perfect place to be during this school break, for little and big one to have fun.
