My family sold a vehicle in early October 2023. I requested to cancel the policy in December 2023, but I could not locate proof of the sale (without it AmFam could only cancel for 30 days back). Once I provided the document she needed, she canceled my policy effective the date of the sale--AND refunded me my premium of about $750. Sarah was responsive, professional and pleasant. From the day of the accident, where I was directed by Keith, who coordinated the transport of my damaged car to Gerber Collision, to their damage assessment, and how the claims specialists at American Family offices moved things along, I felt I was really being taken care of. And things moved along quickly after the assessment and claim was put through. I was driving another vehicle within two weeks after the accident. It almost felt like it was too fast of a recovery. I was a first time insurance buyer for my car a few months ago and I got a referral from a friend to Laurie Hamilton. She was fantastic. Just an excellent experience with Home, Auto and Umbrella insurance! A few months ago, my wife and I decided we wanted to look into other options for our home, auto and umbrella insurance. We had been with Erie for over a decade. We reached out to multiple companies for quotes. I would estimate that we received about 5 quotes. 3 of the 5 companies never followed up after their quote. Two companies did...American Family was one of them. Laurie from Pachis & Associates followed up...to make sure we received the quote and to see if we had any questions. We did. I recently renewed all my insurance policies (autos, home, umbrella) with the Trevor Pachis Agency of American Family Insurance. My agent Lauri Hamilton couldn't have been more helpful! I'm very detail oriented and Lauri patiently went thru all the options available with me on all three policies and I actually increased my home coverage in a number of ways for a modest amount including coverage I wasn't even aware was available. Better coverage, fair price, all questions answered - head and shoulders better service than the on-line insurance companies where you speak to a different person each time. AND, once, I did switch to one of the on-line insurance companies - I had to convince them/train them of things I needed from what I learned from my AmFam agents. Glad to be back with AmFam where I know they know more than me about insurance and they'll be there when the need arises or anytime a question comes up!

Trevor did a side by side comparison of my home and auto policies and presented the current coverage with what he suggested I have through Am Fam. I was shocked to see how much more coverage I could get for the same price, and that included a balloon policy as well. Trevor and I had a few calls after making some adjustments, and I never felt any pressure or rushed. Needless to say, we made the switch to Trevor & Associates and couldn't be happier.

Right before we left for an international two week vacation over the holidays, we received a letter from State Farm stating that they were dropping us from our homeowners insurance as of the first week of the new year. We had 2 accidents that required coverage, and were both shocked and scrambling to figure out what to do before we left the country.

Trevor and his team go beyond normal insurance customer service. I met Trevor at a social gathering, to be honest I wasn't happy with my service at State Farm so decided to hear what he had to say. Trevor went over my insurance with State Farm, found some savings, and overall gave me way better coverage for the same cost. Fast forward two years, we had damage due to a large hail store that rolled through Evanston, and Trevor and Co have provided the best and attentive service I could have asked for. 5 stars all around, couldn't ask for a better agent, or really now a friend in the industry.

We recently had damage to our car. We contacted Trevor right away via text. He responded immediately with instructions of how to file a claim and answered all of our questions about the process. We filed a claim very easily over the phone and were able to track the claim via the iPhone app. We got two quotes for the work and were sent a check, less the deductible, within a few days. The work on the car is now completed and the vendor paid in full. Overall, what could have been a stressful situation was handled professionally and quickly by Trevor and his team. Thank you.
