Love, love, love this store! I did most of my purple pride shopping here while a student, and I continue to look to them whenever I expand my Northwestern wardrobe. I recently ordered a fan basketball jersey (pictured as proof of purchase), and they were kind enough to upgrade my shipping at no charge to me, getting the jersey from Evanston, IL, to Huntsville, AL, in less than 3 business days, when I was prepared to wait a week or more for standard shipping!

Great prices, awesome customer service, broad selection of goods. You can't go wrong with this business!

I came here to get swim goggles which they do have. The pair I got didn’t fit my giant head when I got to the gym. I called and they refunded my money for the goggles. They were very understanding and I am super appreciative. The store has everything any northwestern student could possibly want, go check it out. Thanks again!

Their website is laid out very well and lets you narrow your searches. The descriptions of the products are clear -- but you are encouraged to call if you had questions. Campus Gear carries quality apparel. In fact, I have been buying my Northwestern gear from them for years. BTW, I was floored by how quickly I received my order.

The gear is high quality. They fixed an error I made in the shipping address right away, and it was delivered very quickly. I will shop here again.

I made a mistake by entering a wrong address when ordering online. David was extremely helpful and called me to confirm my address. I really enjoy shopping here!

The web site provides only very limited and horribly incomplete information about what merchandise, sizes, colors, etc. is/are available. However, I was finally able to contact the store owner, David Haghnaji, by telephone. He was extremely helpful and repeatedly went way beyond my expectations in helping an out-of-towner find the right Christmas gift for his daughter. I am truly grateful for his dedication to customer service and his sincere desire to help in any and all ways possible.

Campus Gear is an exceptional retailer in this day and age. I can’t share enough praise for the above-and-beyond customer service I received. I called the store 3 days before Christmas looking for a specific type of sweatshirt. I spoke with David, who, within minutes, narrowed down the exact type, color, and size. Two hours later I received a shipping confirmation and had the exact sweatshirt in my hands on Christmas Eve. This level of service is absolutely extraordinary and would never happen from any of the large, online retailers. Thank you David and Campus Gear - the sweatshirt was exactly what I had in mind and PERFECT in all ways!

Customer service is superb. I ordered NU items and received them just two days later. I note was also included explaining why an extra item was included. Campus Gear has a solid, easy-to-navigate website as well. They are an excellent choice for Northwestern gear and I recommend them with enthusiasm.

I ordered a hoodie to give as part of a Christmas present and to my surprise the shipping was upgraded to priority! I was able to get the gift in time for the holidays and everything came well packaged and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend purchasing from this store. I will continue buying Northwestern gear from here in the future!

Ordered with expedited shipping to meet a birthday deadline. Polo ordered was out of stock, and got fast email with suggested alternative choice. David got things rolling over a weekend, and shipment arrived on time.

Great store. They have unmatched selection and the staff / owners are amazing people. Always a pleasant experience shopping in here and it's nice to support local business owners when the alternatives are usually mega suppliers that sell merchandise for every campus (and often have less selection).

I ordered a jacket on line and received it within 2 days. They had expedited the purchase so I would get it ASAP. I needed a bigger size so I texted the owner and he responded that evening. The next day he put aside the right size for me and it was waiting for me when I got there. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Also they had a big stock of all NU outfits. I recommend you get your NU gear there.

Great selection and very high quality.

The customer service is unmatched! I ordered a crewneck around Christmas time which was sadly stolen from my front door. Given the holidays were approaching, David overnighted me a new crewneck at a fraction of the cost and with free shipping. Such a kind a gracious store!

I received my order yesterday - thank you! There was a lovely and detailed note with my order explaining that some items have been delayed/back ordered due to the pandemic, and other items and additional items were sent instead. Again, thank you for the explanation, the additional items, and expediting the shipping.

My nephew starts at Northwestern in the fall, and as an alum of IU Bloomington, I loved and have missed the friendly, midwest, Big 10 way this was handled!

I have ordered NU merch from Campus Gear online and have always gotten my purchases quickly and without any issues. First, I ordered a House Divided cap for my husband who absolutely loves it (people ask him about it all the time). Next, I ordered a license plate frame that made it to TX really fast. Whenever I need NU gear, I will definitely shop here and hopefully can do so in person one day soon. Thank you, David!

Campusgearonline.com had in stock fitted NU caps in my size. Searched the web for fitted NU caps with fake results with only adjustable caps. Found Campus Gear who delivered in 5 days with upgraded USPS Priority shipping. Excellent quality with The Game and Field hats. Definitely recommend and will shop again. Received processing complete notice same day (Sunday.) Received caps Saturday, day after New Years, day after Cats Citrus Bowl victory. Recommend support of this small business with selection, quality and care. Will return for NU canopy for our Tampa Bay Alumni Association events when we can gather in person again.
