7-Eleven

A very clean and well-organized store. I love the feel of it. One thing that I must, must, comment on is their buffalo wings. Although it is on the pricier side, this 7-11 has surprisingly the best wings I've had in a long while. It does not have an overwhelming flavor but has an amazing texture. Would recommend trying their buffalo wings.

There’s good coffee machine inside so you can get real coffee. Also nice and clean. Thank you

Great staff, better donuts. The staff acknowledged me when I came in which is nice. I came for breakfast items and I was surprised to see they had cream filled long johns. It's hard to find those anymore. Not even a great national donut chain has them.

I travel across the city & suburbs a couple times a week & frequent quite a few 7elevens. Stopped in this store while waiting for a customer. It was clean, well stocked, clean microwaves (that is my pet peeve at Thornton and 7eleven - dirty microwaves, ugh), good variety of sandwiches and condiments. The person who waited on us this afternoon was cheerful & pleasant, a plus - again not the norm.
Good store, will be back.

Didn't have baking powder but they are nice about it.

This is the nicer and more modern 7/11. Cleaner too.

Extremely, extremely overpriced and taxing. One time, I went with the intent to pick up a pack of korean samyang ramen but put it back because they were selling it for $15. I went to put it back on the shelf, and swapped for something cheaper. The worker asked me why did I switch? I explained that it’s literally $8-$10 at World Market two blocks down on Maple Ave like be for real. He said they’d look into it. I came back months later and its priced at $15 lol.

Today, I went to pick up orange juice and 1 ice cream bar and it came out to be $10.

Edit: the owner is asking me to follow-up so they can investigate but what’s there to investigate when your prices remain the same?

Got two rollers thought they were taco cheese because that's what they were listed as. Nope
Now the garbage gets to cream cheese rollers thanks for nothing. Also why am I never asked of I want to use my points? I see the take a buck off sign come up and they pass it by asap with out even asking me.

I wanted cookies and went to this 7-11 only to find that store baked cookies are ALL expired. I went there on Nov 21 and the cookies expiration date were a day before ranging to Nov 15 (seriously??? That is almost a week overdue). When I inform the store keeper about the expired cookies - he said don't worry they are still good. I told him that while it might be edible to eat it's not necessarily good. He told me that's the way they do it.

And a call out to so call response from 7-11 owner response to most review - just because you responded with a request to send a complain to the provided store franchisee via the link that leads to a survey that a customer have to fill up with the complain that you then AUTOMATICALLY send to the franchisee without your involvement is a irresponsible and lazy way of not getting involved, and making a fool out of the customers for complaining!! Do you work 7-11 Corporate (Owner) and tell the franchisee that they have not do their part in delivering the services that 7-11 promises instead of make pretend that it was the individual store owner that is responding to the complain here.

I'm from out of town. I walked up here from the hotel. At 445am. As I get to the door, the employee looks at me and locks the door. Never said a word, just walked away......

Store clerk has a horrible attitude. I've been living near by for a couple years ever month they have new employees. The owner is really nice bit hardly there to see his horrible staff anyways i went it to use some of my reward points on a coffee the clerk scanned my app i had a redeem code he took the points off as i leave he tried telling me i dont have points the snatched my phone started yelling at me you dont have any points then i snatched my phone back and showed him at the bottom of app he tried to scan barcode again then went off telling me i dont have enough points at that point i took my phone and showed him ive never been more humillated and i will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN STAY WAY i will travel 20 minutes to another before i ever hove that store another dime of my money im disgusted he started yelling at me like i did something wrong i told him i got money i come here everday
