I know Mari for at least 15 years. During that time we used her and her company to buy and sell. Our experience was always positive and with happy ending. I highly recommend Mari as real estate agent and Palm Real Estate as her great support.

They currently manage The Oaks Home Owners Association through a division of this company Viking Management Company (google it) and do not follow the association rules and bylaws but instead impose whatever fines and fees they wish to. They are mentally harassing me and bullying me, using retaliation to get their way. Many homeowners are unhappy. It's a lower income neighborhood and many people feel taken advantage of, as they do not have the time or money to pay a lawyer for help, and overall uncared for as homeowners when that is their main role.

They could be using this opportunity to make connections with homeowners/real estate investors but instead are abusing their power.
