Customer Service great. Patric was very quick and professional. Sopping was an ease as well. Deli department was swift as well.

Well organized, good sized supermarket. Jewel has always had a good selection of gluten free cereals and snacks , even before the other stores caught up. This location has a starbucks inside which is a plus for me!

Clean and had the items I needed today. Could have used more than 2 checkouts and I don't like to use self check outs.

This store is huge, always very clean and masks mandatory and all staff cleaning. Made my visit safe and quick. the staff are very interested in helping you with anything that you are not sure about. Such a large space with a wide variety of items! Location is super convenient. It has a fresh meat, and fresh veggies and fruits, with huge grocery aisles filled with different ethnic foods, frozen foods. Great selection of alcoholic beverages! Overall a good experience. I would come here again.

The aisle seem to be getting smaller and if they had been marked with one way arrows I would have understood a bit more. But the staff was very nice and it was very clean.
Edit: although the aisles are narrow everything is so clean and well organized. The people at the pharmacy are amazing!

Nice Jewel. First time here. Very clean, organized and large. Parking lot was clean and easy to navigate. No carts left out considering it was a windy chilly day. Cashier was nice I asked for a card in which she said it is now an app. Which I was in the process downloading with only one person behind me. I didn't get a discount I was hoping for as she was rather rushing. But I also understood she couldn't wait until it downloaded. Overall, nice, clean and pretty grocery store. I also found it very nice that they let the girl scouts sell cookies at the entrance/exit-which of course I purchased 😁. I'll be back with app in hand ready for next time!

I needed a special cake for my son's wedding reception. The cook at Jewel baked and frosted a cake for me and it was ready in 30 minutes after I asked for it!! I'm so thankful for her at Jewel!!

I had a very nice server at the hot bar I ordered two piece chicken and tater babies. Nice and fresh and very inexpensive too ! I recommend trying the Chicken if you haven't already they have fried and grilled both are good.

I like to stop by this Jewel-Osco when in the area. The store is always well stocked, clean, and products properly faced on the shelf so you can find what you're looking for. One of the best attributes is the politeness and helpfulness of the Staff! ...which I've RARELY experienced at a Walmart! I'm a frugal shopper, but still had no problem finding great deals here. Walked in to pick up some Gatorade and baby aspirin. Walked out very happy with $128 of items while paying only $82 and saving $46!

Just to give you an update, the excellent Standards of Performance this Jewel-Osco location exhibits has held true since my previous review! I've NEVER had a bad experience (especially with the Staff) while shopping here!

Every item I went shopping for was easily found and I discovered a new product that I had only been able to purchase at one other store. The self checkouts are the best around, providing a hand held scanner so heavy items do not have to be removed from the cart.

Very clean store, friendly cashier and I was able to get everything I needed.

This store has maintained a fruendly staff and clean store in all the time I have stopped here, and that goes back over a decade. Excellant quality produce.

Jewel may not have the flash of Mariano's or Whole Foods, or the in-your-face value of Costco, but I find that when you are looking for a consistent, reliable grocery experience that helps you save money on the essentials and is good in almost every area, Jewel is the ticket in this area. Some places are good for some stuff and bad for others or just don't have everything you need. Jewel is the just-right grocery store for everything you need at a decent price.

Well stacked up with great produce. The last jig they did to overhaul the entire store architecture along with the prices of the merchandise did the trick. Plus there bakery is very good which makes them apart from other contemporaries.

I have called this place many times for so many different products and they are very helpful and go the extra mile to check on things that haven't come in yet and update me right away for items that may be coming in. Awesome place.

this location is fantastic very clean the staff are very friendly very helpful, the deli that's fantastic the meat quality of the food is top-notch if you want the best of the best come here. The store exceeded my expectations I do all my shopping here I insist on going to Jewel their prices are very good if not the best their food it's the best there dairy their fruit everything is great five stars for everything I love this

Every visit to this particular Jewel-Osco has welcoming. Everyone is busy stocking shelves, attending to customers, and keeping the place organized and clean. This location has become one of my favorite grocery stores in Naperville.
