Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

I have saved this place long time back but got the opportunity to visit last weekend. It’s a nice bar with good options for the drinks. We ordered a house made beer sampler and a Jamaican Punch lemonade. Both were excellent. The food was outstanding and lots of vegetarian options. It’s a must visit bar if you’re in and around Naperville/Aurora suburbs. Our waitress Sophie was really kind and suggested us the good options in the menu. We totally loved the experience and will definitely visit again.

This was our first time here and we had great food and great service. We were excited to find a dog themed bar with beer. The decor was everything we are into - dogs and the outdoors! The beer was great and the service was fast. Briana was a fantastic server -personable and sweet. We can't wait to come back with our dogs next time.

First time and what a delight! Sat in the outdoor area with the fire pit. Our server, Renata, was exceptional and the drinks and food were fabulous❣The calamari appetizer was top notch along with the wedge salad, wings, pot roast sandwich, coleslaw and strawberry lemonade😋😍 ps. Took home a TV dinner, can't wait to try it!

Normally I don’t leave reviews but you can tell all staff work their behinds off to make this a great restaurant. Amazing food. Don’t hesitate to stop here. Will definitely be coming back.

Lazy Dog Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience for brunch, lunch, or dinner! We chose a late lunch and were delighted by the laid-back atmosphere and impeccable service. While I enjoyed the grilled lemon chicken, the real star was my wife's choice—the ginger soy salmon! Absolutely delicious, and I couldn't resist admiring it too. With such an extensive menu, we're eager to return and explore more culinary delights. A must-visit spot for diverse and delightful dining experiences! 🍽🌟

The food was amazing ✨😮‍💨. The atmosphere was so peaceful and they had some great music too. If it wasn’t for the three great drinks 🍹 I probably would’ve remembered to ask for the playlist.😂 lmao 100/10 highly recommend ♥

Great food and service and they allow dogs 🐕 on the patio.
Plenty of beer to choose from and good variety of vegetarian food.

This visit to this restaurant was original. A very pleasant waitress was waiting for us at the table, she served us quickly and willingly.
This restaurant has an original menu with interesting appetizers. I appreciated the english bacon fried to a crisp. This bacon was coated in brown sugar, which gave it a very good taste.
Even the main meal was original. There were three persons at the table and each is us wanted something different and each of us at well according to our wishes and were satisfied.
I recommended visiting this resataurant, where everyone will find their favorite food, appetizer and dessert.

We came here as we love finding places that are dog friendly. We were able to sit on the patio with him and he was instantly given a bowl of water. There were plenty of other dogs there enjoying their time. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and fish tacos, both were great! I highly recommend the rum barrel punch! The blue Hawaiian was SO strong that we traded it out for another rum punch. They have two menu items for the pups, beef or chicken. Overall we had a great experience!

This was my first time at the Restaurant and I loved it. I said it was my first time and the Manager was kind enough to offer me a free appetizer and on the bill it read FTG.
It left a big mark in my heart.

The starters were delicious. Our server was Hannah, her service was great. Really made us feel welcomed. The inside decor is very nice. It’s pretty different from other places, in a good way. Would definitely come back.

*Update* I came back after 2 years and still love it! Great atmosphere. Menu has so many things to choose from. We got the candied bacon, hummus, and fried deviled eggs. I remembered to take pics this time!

Another great restaurant in IL. Great beer selection. I had a goat cheese and peppered jelly for an appetizers. Good stuff. I keep forgetting to take pictures. I'm so hungry by the time my meal comes I just dive in 😃

went for brunch on Sunday, loved that you can order a bottle or champagne for mimosas! also tried the mango margarita and it was delicious! had a breakfast burger with fries and it was good! Definitely will be back and even tho they were busy our waiter alex was constantly checking on us making sure we were good and food and drinks.

Hands-down one of the best experiences my colleagues and I have had at a restaurant. The food was good - the service and atmosphere were phenomenal. Sat on the patio and loved the firepit and the people who brought their pups! Our server, Heidi, was top-notch! She was personable with the perfect level of attentiveness and made fabulous recommendations for all in our group! Even the managers, Tyler (and I forgot the other's name), were attentive and dropped by the table to check in. The deep-fried deviled eggs were amazing! The free waffle chips brought by the manager for being first-time visitors were a great added touch. Tremendous job well done to the staff! Thank you for a great experience!

This restaurant is so good! I’ve never been disappointed by the food since I’ve been going here; the service is always good as well. I would recommend the sticky ribs and for dessert get the butter cake!! You can’t leave this restaurant without getting dessert all of the options are great!

Great place for family dinners. Dogs are allowed on the external heated patio - has a nice open fire place/pit. Reserve before you go, it can get busy very fast. Food is American fare and excellent. Everyone in the group loved their food. We were seated outside and the ambience was nice. Beer offerings as well as the cocktails were good. See pictures.

Came in on Easter Weekend for our first visit. Lalo our server was absolutely fantastic. Explained the menu and service options, recommended items and drinks to get the full Lazy Dog experience.
One of the managers on call came over to check on our experience and was attentive (but not hovering) to any needs.

The booth we had comfortably fit 6 people, and was by the massive fire place.
The perfect spot for a cold, dark, rainy day.

Can’t wait to get a spot on the patio!

I Come here quite often for lunch on weekdays. Great menu, nice open area, tall ceiling space, yet can still have an element of cozy. Today's review goes out to Renata our server. She was very friendly, had a great smile, a warm personality and seemed very cool. I haven't had any poor servers at Lazy Dog, but Renata made my day today! Thank you!
