Best car dealership, friendly, chill and laid back and stress free. Helped me get a 2009 Lexus is250 for a great deal and helped me throughout the process to make everything easy and was out with the car the same day!

Very comfortable and easy to work with. No pushy sales techniques. Sal was personable, polite, and had the car ready for me up front upon calling 10 minutes ahead of arriving. Top notch service. I haven't had this sort of treatment from a dealership before. It was a sense of relief, to be honest.

I tested out a couple of vehicles and both were in good shape. Sal was honest about what, if any, work they needed. My father owned a dealership so I know what warning signs to look for. I test drove them and both drove well. Sal didn't even push his business card. He knew I had his number and told me to call him if I was interested. I plan on being back to purchase a vehicle.

Found an F-150 online. There was a bit too much rust for our liking, but he showed us a different F-150 that was a perfect fit for us. Little to no rust, glamorous, and very very helpful. When we showed interest in the vehicle, he gave us the keys and told us to take it for a drive. In talking with him, he was very personable, very open with us about everything that was happening in his dealership and with our vehicle. Found a truck on line for sale at Ravenite. Came in and spoke to Sal who was upfront and honest from the start. He didn't try to push the truck on me, but rather said here's the keys, take it for a drive, come back and tell me what you think. I wound up purchasing the truck. Price negotiations was hassle free. A short time after purchasing the truck, I learned of a mechanical issue that needed to be fixed. I contacted Sal and brought the truck back and the issue was resolved in a couple of days. All I can say is Sal honored his word. Highly recommended.

Purchased our Toyota here and it's been about 3 months now since we have had it and have not had NOT 1 PROBLEM with the vehicle. After reviewing the comments, I'm shocked by what I'm reading because my fiance and I received WONDERFUL service. We have gone thru our fair share of purchasing vehicles CASH from other dealers and have HATED every single one of them until we took another chance with Sal and his 2 other brothers. We had the pleasure of meeting all 3 brothers (since 1 lives out of state) and they were all wonderful people. They were straight up with us when we purchase the vehicle, and Sal even offered us to take the vehicle by one of our trusted mechanics if we had one to get the car evaluated before we purchased the vehicle when we took it out for a test drive. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle til this day. They were willing to work with us, since we have no credit at all. I do not believe they are Con artists who just want your money and sell messed up cars. Sal is someone who truly cares about what he has on his lot and are about helping people who are in need of a vehicle. My fiance and I have learned from buying used cars that you are taking a chance, no matter where you purchase the car, that something will pop up, especially if you drive the way we drive (far and all day). You need to find a place with someone who cares enough about their business and their reputation. That is what we got from Sal, he loves selling cars and cares if the cars he has on his lot will withhold to his standards. An owner of a vehicle will know the car a lot more than the dealer himself because at the end of the day, we drive it more than they do. Sal followed up with us after 2 weeks to see how the car was running and had told him there was no problems with it. We are thinking of purchasing another vehicle since our family is getting bigger, and you best believe we are looking out to see what Sal and his brothers have before going anywhere else. 🙂

I’ve bought two cars from here! First one was great, no problems at all only an old battery that was cheap to replace. I got into a car accident and had to get a new car and came back to Sal. My car hasn’t had any issues after over a year. Highly recommend this place! Great prices and reliable cars

What can I say, Sal is an absolute gentleman - which seems difficult to come by in the car industry. Saw one of Ravenite's cars online and went to see in person - car was immaculate. I wanted it and even put a cash hold on the car (which was clearly explained to me that it was non-refundable - to which I agreed). However after more consideration and thought, I realized this wasn't the right car for my family. Called Sal to explain my concerns, he listened, understood and was polite. Beyond all, he agreed to refund the cash hold. Amazing. I'll be checking Ravenite's inventory on the regular knowing their fair and honest sales approach.

Finding the dealership is a little tough because it doesn't look like what you'd expect, but the guys there are super friendly and accommodating. They were willing to meet up with me multiple times in one day, and were honest and thorough with all the questions I had. I've had the car for a month, and I've had zero problems!

Sal was great, did not rush us, was very patient while we made a decision on what to buy. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the market for a used car. Highly recommend this business!
