I love this store since Los Angeles

The remodeling looks great a lot cleaner and better lit.

I never thought I'd review Target but I have to leave a review based on the quality of service from one particular employee. He always brings my orders for drive up and he is so polite! I'm not sure what his name is, but sir, you certainly are doing a great job!

This target is awesome. the Customer service is 5 stars. Cornelia who assisted us not only took care of us quickly at checkout, she also treated my children with incredible kindness. This location is always super clean, organized, and replenished.

Let's just say I prefer this location over Oswego

I went to Target to buy a air fryer, nothing fancy. There was on sale, and I got it, paid $69+ tax. When I got home, the package was missing the basket. If the merchandise was defective, why don't you make that obvious? I think this is cheating the customer. Very annoyed. Does not deserve even one star, but the system does not let you write a review without. It was a returned product put back on the shelf without being checked. Returned kitchen appliances should be sent back to vendor by retailers.

Target is a high quality supermarket. It's always clean, fancy, and organized, with a very professional, friendly, and helpful staff working there. I liked It's own brand product "g", very much. It's a high quality product, with a very reasonable prices. I can say, it may be a little bit expensive than the other retailers, but, they make a wonderful sales, and deals. Also, their own brand "g" is great with a good price. In the all, it's very nice place for nice shopping.

I came in tonight and was rang out by Karen and she is such a sweet person! In the little interaction I had her she made me feel very welcomed and was just genuinely above and beyond kind to me which I definitely don’t think is required when ringing out my groceries. She took a very every day task and turned it into an experience where I left feeling like she genuinely was building a connection with me and made me feel special. She was definitely a joy to talk to and I look forward to hopefully seeing her again soon!

Very nice store, well stocked, kept clean and organized with friendly, helpful employees. I especially had a great experience with Cornelia who checked me out. Very kind hearted, friendly, and extremely helpful lady!

This Target store always exceeds my expectations. The employees are always so helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. They smile at me & my daughter and thank us for coming. The employees are genuine and make me feel like they value me as a customer. Also, whenever I approach an employee about an item they are very helpful. They will check stock for the item or offer to get it in the back- even purple party streamers 15 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night.

Very much clean and organized while it’s getting remodeled this location is much better than Joliet and Shorewood stores

Target has the items I need and provides me several ways to purchase the items. They also have excellent customer service. I love both the pick up and drive up service. I had to order a few large bulky items and used the drive up service for the first time. It was great to not have to carry the items through the store and to have help getting them in the car.

Great staff. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I want to acknowledge Trellis the cashier who I spoke with this evening! She was so kind and genuine and bagged everything so neat and tidy. I was having a rough day and honestly that experience made it so much better! Will be returning to this store in the near future!

I just wanted to give the guy working drive up today around 6:30 a shout-out. He had about 6 carts of orders and working by himself. Although we waited more than usual for our order, you can tell he was trying hard in getting everyone’s orders out. It was so hot out today, he was sweating so much, and he still had a great attitude.

Ease of service is exactly what I get at Target. It's extremely convenient to order exactly what I need and time it so that by the time I'm done with other activities, my order is ready for pick up. And the Target Team are always such nice people!

Who doesn’t love going to Target? Don’t bother to answer because it is a lie! Everyone loves Target for one reason or another. There is always a deal and even if there isn’t, prices are super reasonable. I don’t know how my city lived without a Target for so long!

The online shop and pick up was do easy to use and made my life a little easier. Convenience is key. I was shocked at home simple everything was during this process. I loved the email and text when my items were ready.

Great location. Nice to have a super target so close to our new apartment. Conveniently located on Rt. 59, this target is always well stocked and clean. They also pretty consistently have Pokémon cards in stock which is just an added bonus for me.

While I haven't shopped in-store much, I have used in-store pickup a half-dozen times. Ordering is fast and efficient, products typically ready well before the stated 2-hr turnaround. Staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly at the Pick Up desk, and wait has typically been non-existant around lunchtime.

For going above and beyond with drive up. Not a lot of retailers do drive up so I appreciate being able to drive up to get my groceries. Ever since I gave birth to my daughter I've been using the drive up service and it has been a life saver. Thank you!
