Called on Monday, came out Thursday and fixed what needed fixing on our dryer! Quoted a price on the phone and it was same price when tech got here! Love that!
Gave recommendations for not having the problem again! Will definitely call for future appliance needs!

Looked up on the Samsung site who was authorized to work on my refrigerator and Eagle Head came up. It was a great experience. Very professional and fixed my problem. Highly recommend

Eagle Head Enterprises are wonderful. They fixed a refrigerator that no one else could figure out (even the manufacturer) and it stayed fixed!-- and I just had them fix a dryer. Fast, dependable, pleasant. I do not understand the negative reviews. Several of my friends have also used them and all of us have been very pleased. Highly recommend.

Honest and dependable appliance repair. Appointments have always been kept and the technician was on time. They have worked with us over the years to keep appliances running in good order instead of having to spend $$ on replacements for our oven, washer, dryer and microwave. 5 of 5 star customer service!

Very unprofessional! I Had an appointment for a warranty repair for my Frigidaire refrigerator that is only 8 months old. I gave the company the code that was displayed on the screen and awaited my appointment that was a week away. The technician want in my home 2 minutes and left. He stated that because the unit had not been plugged in for over 24hrs there was nothing he could do. If this is the case you should inform your customer ahead of time. I explained that the unit had completely shut down so naturally we unplugged it because we were concerned there maybe faulty wiring. He also stated he couldn't get to the unit and "they" didn't move thing out, that was my responsibility. So I started wiggling it out to plug it in to show him nothing was happening and before I could finish he was out the door. When I called the office with my concerns the lady was very rude and continued to interrupt me as I was trying to speak, when I asked if she was going to let me finish she stated you already spoke with my technician. Her next available appointment was two weeks out, again I expressed my concerns considering it took over a week for the first appointment she than told me to find another technician and hung up the phone. FYI just because you use the word ma'am doesn't mean you're not being rude. I was very pleasant with you and was simply trying to convey my concerns mainly so we didn't have the same issues with the next technician you sent out. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

G.E. scheduled service through this firm for my GE range that was still under warranty. They called and wanted me to talk to a "technician" about my problem because the said that I would be charged $125 if nothing was found wrong. I explained the problem to the "technician" and explained that I had read the owner's manual and online documentation. I told him how it was supposed to work (according to the G.E. website) and he told me that he had never heard of that! It was obvious that he had no clue about this particular model. Then, he wanted me to go and start checking things myself! When I told him that I was not comfortable with that, he said I was being argumentative. I, immediately cancelled the appointment and contacted G.E. for another firm to look at my range.

I had an appointment for a warranty repair on our dishwasher. Owner couldn't find our house . Argued with me about our address and finally just hung up on me. Needless to say, I'll call a different GE dealer to get the repair done. Even though I was ticked I also found it kinda hilarious 😂

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Not a technician at all. Waited an entire week for them to even show up. Knew nothing on how to check the appliance or know what was broke. Was on the phone with someone telling him what to do. Then they decided that they don't want to fix it and said to find someone else. Complete joke. Don't​ waste time or money here.

Owner was very rude, said he didn’t believe the information I was telling him and hung up on me. He wanted me to diagnose the issue with the ice maker and I informed him it would be better if he came out himself.... Owner told me he doesn’t make enough money to make multiple trips. Very rude owner, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DON NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Technician damaged my appliance, lied and reported to his boss it was already damaged. Still charged for the service call and did not fix anything. Call anyone but Eagle Head Enterprises!!!!!!
