AT&T Store

I went in to get a new phone after using the free phone sent when at&t went to 5g. Daniel was a huge help, instantly found a phone that I liked and was within my price range. He answered every question that I had promptly and got me set up with the razr phone. Took no time at all and I would highly recommend Daniel if someone needed details on the intricacies of each phone at&t carries.

Chris was very friendly and polite. He laid out plenty of options to choose from, and he was so nice about it that I kinda felt bad about turning most of them down, since I didn't need them. He was clear, concise, and straight to the point, which I greatly appreciated.

Daniel is so fabulous I can't even begin to express how charming and effective he is. You should totally give him big raises all the time. I've been an AT&T customer since before you were born I'm sure same as him and I can tell you he's the best.

Went in to pay my bill and talked with Will about a new watch. He turned me over to Daniel and he was amazing. I love the facility where I live. Everybody is so professional and knowledgeable about all the products. Keep up the good work guys.

Kendall M helped us and made it a very enjoyable experience. We were greeted, told the approximate time we would have to wait, and the person was very friendly. The person that helped us, Kendall, was also friendly, thorough, and made sure he got us the best deal.

We have always had friendly, helpful service when we've gone to this store for phone issues. This time was for a broken phone. We were helped by Noelle. She was very friendly, did a great job explaining stuff. Let us know what our options were & helped set up a new phone. (Since that's the direction we went)

My family and I came in today to get two new phones and Apple Watches and Chris was SO helpful! He is kind and definitely knows what he is talking about! He stayed calm and was helping not only my family but also his coworkers around him! He was patient and answered all of our questions without any hesitation! If anyone sees this review definitely consider him for a manager position!

I had a good experience with your store recently when I wanted to start service with AT&T. Though I had to wait a while (as everyone was busy), Noelle did her best to come help me as soon as she was able. She was professional, efficient, and friendly. Thank you for helping me expeditiously and easily to get my phone to work well under the prepaid plan!

I have been to this location twice in the past 2 months, both times I had the pleasure of working with Cohen. He is so knowledge and made both visits easy and quick. He was so helpful with any technical difficulties I had. Highly recommend Cohen!!

I came in intending to purchase a new phone. My iPhone XR was just not performing well anymore after 3-4 years of owning it. I came in and almost immediately I was greeted at the door by Noelle, and I have never had great customer service like this one! I told Noelle what I was looking for and within 5 minutes or less, we were setting up my brand new IPhone 15 pro! She made it so effortless for me to have this phone in my hands within minutes with the smoothest transaction I have ever had in buying a new phone! I am highly satisfied, and when needing a new one in the future, I will be sure to return to the store that Noelle is currently working at! :)

We went to the att store to have several items checked out and changes made to our account. Noelle, the rep that helped us was personable, professional and patient while helping us sort things out. We were very much relieved with her assistance in making our situations clear, simplified, and more economical. We would definitely recommend her to others and would be happy for her assistance in the future.
