Been going here for a couple years now. Staff is cool as they come. Deals are good. The in house strains are great and a great deal. I’ve always been able to find something no matter the budget.

the general man upfront was AMAZING! helped us with all of our questions and gave great recommendations. also, MV was super helpful when checking out and friendly to me and my wife! got us signed up for the rewards program and had a smile the entire time. will be coming back simply based upon the customer service we experienced!

I love everyone here, seriously, the atmosphere is always wonderful and everyone is so helpful!! Today MV helped me and if I was in a bad mood, I can't imagine leaving in one still. Her vibe was so upbeat and honestly that's what I come to expect from everyone here, I can't think of a single bad interaction!! I wish I could name everyone who has helped me, I forget to do this most of the time, but they ALL deserve recognition!!

I absolutely love this place! First time customer yesterday along with my significant other and my bestie, Walk in is allowed and the person with ginger hair, Beanie and I believe some type of tattoo on their right arm? was very very helpful with what I wanted. Told us the deals they had and showed me which stuff would work best for me and they weren’t kidding! Got home and it does its job very well. Second guy after we ordered complimented me on my sweatshirt and made great conversation as he got our order and payment together. Will be coming back next time I go to a dispensary!

every time i stop in here i feel so at home. all the employees are amazing but cindy helped me out tonight. she’s so patient and kind and always makes me feel very welcome!

I can genuinely say I’ve never had a bad experience at Verilife Galena. Late yesterday( 2.7.24) evening(approximately 830pm) stopped in, just to grab a quick order. My day had been absolutely terrible up to this point, and after driving an hour I was not in my best spirits. Honestly, my budtender (R11047)[ I hope that means something to someone connected to the powers that be]
was beyond extraordinary. She was very very helpful, informed me of some deals, and really just came in clutch. She obviously had no clue of the foul day I had, but her natural personality and eagerness shined right into me. I left satisfied with a little pocket change on account of the deals, satisfied with my purchase, and just feelings a whole lot better just due to a 10 minute encounter. Outstanding customer service. The event for the galena parade was so much fun Kathryn and crew (I don’t recall all of their names) made the night so much fun. I love all the staff at this location. Top notch!!!

First visit to a dispensary and I picked the perfect store. First greeter shared his vast knowledge and helped me choose. Catherine in the check out area was very efficient, answered all questions, has a beautiful personality and made sure I was signed up for discounts. Very professional staff and facility!

Catherine was very nice! I forget the lady's name in the order room but she was very friendly as well. I'm an Okie passing through and it must be the water up here cause this is some quality buds! I liked the Bananas and Garlic 🔥
