Great place for crickets for our bearded dragon. Everyone helpful. They even showed us a very inexpensive 75 gallon terrarium online at petco that we ordered.

Great prices, service, choices galore. Kids love going to check out all the fish, birds, reptiles, cats, Guinea pigs, ferrets etc etc etc!!!

Clean and well stocked location. Was able to find the cat food I was looking for. If they could also stock some more varieties of royal canin prescription cat foods then this will be a go to place for sure.

Petco groomers are the best, they listen to the customers concerns and offer helpful suggestions. The pets are not stressed out or anxious entering or leaving and that says a great deal about the care they receive. With the rewards system a really great value too.

The app is super easy to use and product arrive on time also

Hole in the wall with great food. Not to mention 99 cent Chicago Dogs Sunday. Um yes please. And the old truck in front of the shop is great.

If your dog was hurt and injured as I read on the review you clearly you need to go in in person to file a formal complaint. Not wait for a manager to call you back. I adore animals. My pet means everything to me. I was sorry to read that but why would you not make a formal complaint?
I would certainly be at the store with the vet exam and be very vocal. It is serious if this is that is the case!! If the Grooming shop has issues you people need to be much more persistant or nothing changes!!
That is not right to sit back. Go in person and be the voice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can usually find whatever I'm looking for. And grooming for my cat has always been great. Been going there for a long time

As a first time dog owner, I'm very impressed with the personnel helping me with what I need to do and get my new companion. Paige was great at explaining things on what not to get and get, the do and don'ts, etc. Will definitely be going back because of the customer service

Our favourite pet store! We have been customers for years. The store itself is clean, well lit and abundantly stocked with an array of supplies for virtually every species of pet. Products and pet housing are attractively displayed. Pets (including cats made available for adoption from a rescue specialising in 'seniors')appear to be healthy and well cared for. Over the years we have bought several pets from them, and have never had any issues or health problems whatsoever.

The store Manager and staff are knowledgeable,welcoming, friendly, responsive and very helpful. They will spend as much time as is needed to fully answer questions, solve problems,offer recommendations or allay concerns.

(Despite some trepidation born of various dog forum criticisms of the lack of competence of Petco trainers in general), we have enrolled our current puppy in a number of classes, and have been exceptionally pleased with knowledge and capability of Nicole and Morgan at this specific Petco. I give them my highest recommendation!

I've been going here regularly for the last 8 weeks attending Puppy Level 1 training with Nicole, which has been really good and very helpful with the pup.

Rest of the store is nice, normal Petco selection and a pretty expansive food section. Employees have always been friendly and helpful.

Used pet grooming services. The groomers were so kind and friendly, took extra care with my recently rescued dog who was a little nervous about being there. She got a bath & nail trim, they said she was easy going and less nervous once she was out of the cage. Overall a great experience, will return, prices were about average.

So delighted with our care and service at Petco grooming! Our first visit was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! A great value!

Amazing! Loved this location! It was super clean, well organized, and the staff provided the best customer service I have received in Illinois (I'm from the south lol). They are wo nice and very knowledgeable! ... everyone of them that I came into contact with :)

It was a great experience I have been to Vetco Clinics before but never to a full service Vetco Hospital and I will be back.

I was very impressed with the friendy young lady at the checkout. She was extremely knowledgeable about dog foods and even offered to walk me back to the dog food isles and make more recommendations for options for my very picky Shih Tzu.

I knew what I wanted, but did not know what it was called. I tried to describe it, but was having a hard time. The clerk understood me! She took me right to the product and also showed me another product that is used for the same purpose. I am very pleased.

Great customer service inside of the store. online was a breeze to look for the perfect food for ny new puppy. The prices were also very reasonable, and the rewards benefits make me look forward to shop here again

My fish tank broke. Fortunately, I was changing the water and my Betta fish and snail were in a separate container. But I instantly had NO tank for them! Rushed onto Petco's site to order an acrylic tank and rocks. Drove down the street to my local Petco to pick up my order. The order was put in in less than hour and they were already picking it and getting it together for me. I was so shocked. They told me it usually takes more time, but I was appreciative that they took the time and effort. Always have a pleasant experience here.
