Storage Express

Although it's remote operations this place is kept and maintained very well. We rented 3 units and all three were on par!!

All aspects of doing business with Storage Express were five star! Speaking with someone on the phone to understand their offerings..locations, sizes, prices, and the offer to hold a unit for us while I discussed with my husband were fantastic. We did a drive-by of their west Bloomington location and were very pleased by the location, the cleanliness and setup of the facility. I went online the next morning, and registering for the reserved space was easy peasy. Got our location and key code right away. We were storing items two hours later. Followup to make sure we had not problems was surprising and much appreciated. We have used another storage facility in the past...Storage Express is a much better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store possessions away from their home. And if we move again, I will check immediately to find the nearest Storage Express.

Scam artists at their finest. Customer service is terrible and of course big shocker no manager to talk to. Got charged for a unit I was not using for an additional month if they try charging me again I will be claiming fraud to my bank.

Extremely poor customer service.
Took advantage of our elderly family member by advising of a payment amount less than what was needed, to attempt a lockout one week after payment amount they stated as balance was paid.
When questioned about it they have failed to follow up via phone call, respond to email or provide required legal documentation.
No one is on premises to provide any kind of assistance. Contact/customer service call center is based out on state in Indiana. Inclimate weather poses problems like icy, slippery surfaces, gates/locks freezing, icy surfaces that have not been salted and even an instance of being locked within the security gate.
