Food was really good. Really nice and new space. Only problem is they didn’t have an espresso based coffee options.

The food was great, you got a lot of food for the money you spent. Waitresses are amazing, friendly, and attentive to customers' needs. Will be going there again.

The Hornets Nest is a wonderful place to relax and have a great meal without your pocketbook being emptied. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is a great place to eat alone or having your family.

Food was great and service was wonderful! The portions are huge and the desserts taste like grandmas homemade recipes. Not very many places now a days you can dine in and get lunch for two people for under $25. Highly recommend and if we ever pass through again we will stop, cute place!

Small town atmosphere. Friendly efficient waitress and good food and fair prices. I would go back when passing through again.

I have only been 2 times and had the fried chicken and fried wings and very good. Did have pecan pie slice oh yes. Can get very busy so if I was you go half hour early. That is what I did this time , very nice home town restaurant and people from around there.

Great friendly service! Food was phenomenal, especially the all you can eat Shrimp. The dessert selection is outstanding.

Visit with friend we have not seen in many years. I had the BLT sandwich with fries and Cole slaw. Husband had french dip with fries. Our friend had the patty melt. All meals were good. Restaurant was just down the street from our friend's house.

The staff is so nice. And the food was fantastic and a good price.

Nice restaurant, good food and staff

The food and prices were excellent. The portions were also very good. It was our first time but won't be our last.

First time here and will be returning. Had the all you can eat fried chicken special and could not finish the 1st round! Huge portions and good prices! Abby, our server, was courteous and attentive. Highly recommend.

Awesome small town Cafe vibe. AYCE walleye was crisp, fries were chunky and crisp on the outside. Even had peppermint icecream to finish off. It came with the meal. Would go again. They had a display case of small cakes I would love to check out. About 2 servings each and they looked inviting.

Great atmosphere, quality of food, and service. In addition to a menu with excellent selection of choices, they also have daily specials featured that are conveniently shared on Facebook.

I put a 5 for the food because of the breakfast dishes. Other foods can be delicious and others not so much. The servings are very generous and the prices are very reasonable. We go there quite often.
