Drain 911 Plumbing and Sewer Rodding

When I saw the name Drain 911 I jumped at calling them right away. Glad I did, this guy named Sam came out to our house in carpentersville within 45 minutes! My basement was completely flooded. Sam took one look downstairs, he asked me a few questions about the house and got started. Turns out I had two problems.
After pumping all of the water out of my basement he determined that my ejector pump failed. After he replaced that he realized the new ejector pump was not pumping. Guess my main sewer pipe was clogged. So he rodded the sewer line and got everything flowing for me. Very reasonably priced and loved the service! He is going to come back to video inspect my sewer line next week to make sure I good to go. Thank you for being so quick and accurate.
