Had a great experience with everyone we had the pleasuring of talking to! Even just the scheduling experience was seamless and friendly. We had Jake come out and help with a few plumbing issues we were experiencing- not only did he actually arrive within the timeframe we were given he was so friendly and competent. He was able to fix the issue we were having and also stayed and made sure the job was done well! My husband and I have gone through so many providers, and Amy Home Services has just done it the best so far. Highly recommend.

Jake did a superior job of clearing our plugged floor drain. He had it flowing freely in no time! He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I felt very comfortable with the services that Amy Home Services provided! If needed, I would call them again for our plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

Jake was great. The hose leading the fridge sprung a leak and I was in panic mode. He explained everything in a way I understood. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable. If I need pluming work again I will definitely reaching out to Amy’s and will be asking for Jake.

Impeccable service. Amy had my new furnace installed within 24 hours of diagnosis by the technician. They carefully walked me through my options best for my needs. Reasonably priced.

My plumber has mastered tricks of the trade; my toilet collar/bracket was cracked and it could not be replaced without removing duct work underneath. FIXED- no warranty but best option. My main water turn off leaks slightly, outside Spicket and supply repair accomplished with solder-not shark bite. Plus now allows for more heat to the supply so no future problems. I believe it was well worth the money spent. Also communication between office/plumber and me was on spot.

We had one of our gas lines fixed by Amy Home Services. We were extremely satisfied with their service, quality of the work, promptness and their knowledgeable staff. Tim went above and beyond and even helped me fixed a problem I was having with our toilet. I’m always happy to support local businesses and it makes it so much better when the business is reliable and top notch. Definitely recommend.

I definitely recommend joining the club. I was apprehensive but pleased with the experience, just knowing I have the name of the technician to search for his license on ILSOS was reassuring. They were on time and advised on future faucet installation- yes service fee is normal for this type of service but I joined the club because they offer one stop shop- heating cooling electric and plumbing. I signed up because my last provider raised their annual fees- stay tuned next year I will let you know how it goes.

Scott came out and switched out an electrical switch that had gone bad. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Amy's Home Services again for future work.

We just had our annual furnace inspection. Justin, the service person (and his apprentice, Al) was cordial, efficient, professional, and very pleasant. He answered all the questions that we had. We have used Amy Home Services for quite a few years now and they have NEVER disappointed us.

My air conditioning failed, i called Amy"s Home Services, they were flexible in scheduling appointment, cause was diagnosed quickly. I was able to get a quote immediately, schedule installation (not too long of wait) . My technicians Zach and Cesar were great, they took time to explain things, they were courteous and left my home very clean. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!
