Panhandler's Pizza

Didn't have a taste for pizza but it looked good. There were some pizzas in the warmers that they sold by the slice and offered a two slice special. My friend ordered a beef sandwich, I ordered the southwest chicken salad, and we picked out a few appetizers. Our bill was $43 which was about average I would say for everything we bought. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff and owner seemed nice. Although we took our food to go, the dining room seemed clean. Would return again.

We had a delicious lunch here! The prices were great and the food was just delectable. We enjoyed the spicy cheese curds, waffle fries, and a large thin crust pizza. I only wish I had discovered this hidden gem earlier!

Great place if you just want one slice of pizza 🍕. They have a variety of items to choose from the menu.

The appetizers for very good, great pizza. The help was fantastic we sat outside. We didn't realize that it was time close. But they let us sit out there with the lights. And until we left very kind and courteous of them, time there was wonderful. Was a nice, cool night. And the help was great , everything we had was good, and if we needed any refills or anything, they took care of it. I'd recommend this place anybody.

The food is delicious! The spicy cheese curds are the best thing I’ve ever eaten. This restaurant is definitely my new favorite place ❤❤❤

There are many nice things to say about PanHandler's Pizza first off the staff is great the variety in pizza and meal options is great! Also they have fundraiser options to help organizations and get involved and help there community often which is awesome!

Panhandlers is a fantastic pizza place tucked away but right in Wauconda. They're stuffed pizza is fantastic with the ingredients tucked and rolled into a buttery thick crust. Their appetizers are great too. If you like spicy cheese curds get 'em but, whoo! They're hot! My wife loves them.

Their pizza is fantastic. I try to jump on the special, when they have half priced pizza, it's either Monday or Tuesday, I cant remember off hand. Lunch slices are a good deal, too. Could be a little less expensive when not running a special, but regardless, they won a regular. Love it.

Wonderful little pizza joint. Came here on a whim while on a drive with a buddy and I gotta say, I love the vibe, the pizza isn't anything special but thats the best kind of pizza. Regular and all natural. Not too greasy, not too floppy, just good pizza and nice folks.

Panhandlers is by far the best deep-dish pizza is the area, nothing even compares. It's my favorite deep dish pizza ever, with a close second being Lou Malnati's. Not to mention, their service is always great with nice cashiers, and there 2 for $6 meal (two slices of pizza (including deep dish!) and a drink!) is the absolute best. Love this place, won't ever stop supporting this fantastic business.

The BEST pizza in Wauconda area! This place has delicious pizza, pasta and great deals. Monday half price Large Cheese Pizzas are a treat. 2 slices and a drink for $5.50 is fantastic. Worth driving to pick up if you are outside of delivery zone. Employees are all friendly, helpful and courteous.

1st time here. My husband and I were passing thru town, in a snow storm, stopped for dinner.
Pizza was hot and delicious. Had the mild wings, they were also hot and delicious. They served us free garlic knots..they were scrumptious. Fast and courteous service.

Awesome pizza. If you're looking for a by the slice place this is one of the best. The rest of their menu is really good too (beefs are really good too) but they've got a unique and great tasting pizza. Always have fresh slices and great service.

Delicious double decker pizza! Tasted fresh and home made with large pieces of sausage, real cheese, long shavings of onion that was lightly browned and the dough was perfect. Their garlic nuggets were fantastic. I found my new pizza place!

Great food and a clean, casual atmosphere. Either location (Wauconda or Island Lake) will give you great food at a fair price. I like the $5 two slice + drink option while at work, but I have also taken my family there on occasion in the evening.

I've heard from several people that their salads are excellent, but I haven't tried them yet.

2 pie slices and a drink for $5.50? OH HECK YES PLEASE! Panhandler's pizza is one of the BEST deals with very delicious hand made quality pizza and a very comfortable dining area. Free refills and great staff also make PH my go to for a quality pizzeria dining experience! Thank you Panhandler's Pizza!

Not only do they have the best pizza in the area, they also have the best sandwiches and friendliest service of any restaurant in the area. Definitely my favorite restaurant.

Thin or thick crust slices available all day. Both are good. Quick and friendly. Less than $6 for 2 slices and a drink. Great little place!

I was so happy to find out when they delivered! My family has been going to Panhandlers since they opened. The pizza has a different flavor from any other pizza places around. Very friendly, polite staff and a very clean, welcoming atmosphere!

Delicious food, great people! Had both thin and deep dish, hard to pick a favorite, they both were outstanding.
