Great place to get appliances. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile. We had a chance to work with Jennifer, she was very great to work with. Jennifer did fantastic job helping us.

Very good customer service! Jennifer was very transparent and knowledgeable about the oven we were looking at. She helped us through the whole process and the gentleman loaded up our oven!

Mark and his team were incredible! They moved our appliances effectively and it was such a fast delivery unlike other places we looked in to. They were welcoming, knowledgeable and we are so appreciative! Will definitely come back to this location because of the service they executed.

Just purchased a new washer and dryer yesterday and worked with Jennifer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially about maintenance and what to expect in certain brands vs others. She didn’t put any (unnecessary) pressure on us about add on warranties, extras, etc. However, she did explain benefits of maintenance plans and differences in quality of plugs, hoses, and other parts which led us to purchase an extended warranty as well. Would highly recommend. There was also no issue getting help to load our new dryer into our car, and leave the washer an extra day until we could come pick it up! Don’t hesitate to stop in, you’ll find friendly employees and a great selection of used and new appliances.

I've been to this store quiet a few times. The staff never disappoints when it comes to customer service. Dan has a really good team here at this location and they listen to what the customer wants and makes it happen. They went out of their way to make sure I got this stunning swivel chair to pair with the couch I purchased. The chair was sold out at this particular store but they were able to get it from a sister store and deliver it to me. John and Tyler did amazing with the delivery and furniture set up. Good communication through out the day, and assembled it perfectly. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Dan and Jennifer were SO helpful! They are truly extraordinary employees at American Freight! They helped my mom load and strap, even though they didn’t have to, and made our buying experience just exceptional!! Would definitely recommend purchasing from this store! We were delighted to find a 100% USA made loveseat and for less than $300! We couldn’t be happier!

Mark was amazing. He showed true salesmanship by being direct, compassionate to my stress levels, and not trying to oversell me. The oven I went to purchase looked better in person than the pictures because Mark was very honest about any imperfections. It was fast and painless. I will be back for all future appliance needs.

I went in to look at the whirlpool sidekick, freezer and refrigerator. Jennifer was very helpful and explained to me some of the differences between condition of open box items. She also explained to me the different warranties that you can purchase. Mark was very helpful in setting up the delivery date. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the store. Both Jennifer and Mark were very helpful and very nice.

Stopped in to look at stackable washer/dryer. We met. With Jennifer and she explained the different models so we made an educated choice- then she showed us some refrigerators and we bought one of them too. In/out/loaded and on our way in 30 minutes!
