Over twenty years with Dr. Chung. He's not only intelligent but kind. He's listens carefully and is quick to pick up on a symptom. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

I've been going there for years the doctor and his staff have always been very friendly and have taken care of all my needs.

...been going to Dr. Chung for over 15 years...NEVER had any problems with this man....now for just ONE instance, Dr. Chung found a cancerous tumor with his STETHESCOPE the size of your thumb in my chest...it was taken out in stage one...had my surgeons marveling at his prowess at Borgess....i could have died if it wasnt noticed by Chung...i literally owe my life to that man...ive had many MDS in my 62 year old life, but THIS one is far away the best ive had...my accolades for him keep right on coming...i would NEVER change doctors...

Dr. Chung and his office staff have over-billed us multiple times. 3 issues in 2 visits. The staff is very unhelpful , inexperienced, and do not listen to their patients.
Update - tried to get the matter handled again but they would not do anything. Apparently, it's common practice for this Dr. and staff to take advantage of their patients based on my conversation with a nurse. When I called, Glenda in the front office would not let me finish my sentence about the reason I was calling before cutting me off and transferring my call to another person. I called back again to explain this is a billing matter and I was again transferred to a nurse. Spoke to nurse Ida who simply hid behind paperwork. Because my husband signed their standard office forms some how that made it ok for them to improperly bill us any amount they wanted for services. This office also told my husband in a prior visit he had to pay a copay when we have a $0 copay through our insurance.
I would never recommend this office for their shady practices and lack of customer service.

I was looking forward to seeing Dr Chung as he took care of my mom very well. I was very disappointed. He disrespected me and at one point he wouldn’t stop laughing st me. I have been in healthcare a long time and have never treated a patient like he treated me. Very disappointing.
