Jeff was my violin teacher throughout high school, and I cannot say enough good things about him! He was consistently supportive while also pushing me to be the best musician I could be. When I told Jeff that I wanted to pursue music at the collegiate level, he gave me really sound advice and helped me prepare for the audition process! I am now continuing on to get my masters in performance, and I could not have made it here without Jeff! His teaching style has a great balance of clear pedagogy, constructive feedback, and encouragement-he is one of a kind!

I have been a student of Jeff's for three years now; when COVID hit, we transitioned seamlessly from in-person to virtual lessons, which has been very convenient. Jeff is a knowledgeable and patient teacher (I'm resuming lessons after having stopped over 40 years ago), and takes the time to explain theory, shares helpful websites, and is flexible with my challenging work schedule. I have really enjoyed folding music back into my life.
