Dr. Robinson is hands down the best PC and pediatrician. My son got sick, I took him in Tuesday by Friday he wasn't better had to make another trip in. Dr. Robinson fixed him up, gave us the necessary medication to make him better and I had a concern about a possible illness it could have been he took the time to show me it wasn't that and why. He called this evening (Sunday) at 8pm to check on my son and make sure he was feeling better. Their office knows the clients by face and it's a great environment when having to make visits. Everyone's nice and welcoming. All around great practice

I've seen Dr. Robinson for awhile now. He is always very kind and his staff are wonderful too. They treat me with dignity and respect and I would strongly recommend this office. They usually get right back to me if I need an appointment or have script problems.

Very Relaxed Atmosphere & The Staff & Doctors are all very kind. I normally see Robertson & he's an amazing doctor and i have been with Dr E as well & he's amazing as well. They actually listen to what you have to say & I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Robinson is an exceptional physician who still practices with the utmost compassion and genuine caring for his patients. Not only do I Thank him for that but I salute him for his service to this country. As for his office staff I would stand behind them 110% they are not bad people
Ms. Graham. You obviously have access to the internet, have you ever tried doing some of the work that you expect them to try to remember to do in between all that is expected of them by the many patients as well as thedoc's? Most all of the "good physicians" offices are pure chaos, with indignant patients such as yourself. Not only do they have to know a little about everything that is expected of them by their employers, i.e. the Docs, they often miss their lunch breaks to fill in on another task or because the office is booked solid. To the point Ms. Graham have you heard of Patient Portals? My guess would be no or you would and I'm 99.9% sure that you could have the results of any and all tests ordered by your physician! You might want to look into that one because with your very own Patient portal you can look up test results, schedule appointments, request refills oh and you can also send an email to air your complaints or any other concern that you may have. Been with him sent birth i take my kids to him i love his office staff they are just awesome when it comes to kids or even tough times they are very welcoming and loving they care about their clients

I ,,,,SEE Dr. ROBINSON AND AFTER THE FIRST VISIT I REALIZED HE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE TOWN AND ASKED HIM TO BE MY PRIMARY.... HE WILL GO BEYOND TO LISTEN AND REFER YOU TO ANOTHER SPECIALIST HE FEELS IT'S GOING TO GET RESULTS,,,, HE ALMOST LOST HIS PRACTICE DUE TO BEING IN THE MILITARY AND WAS DEPLOYED FOR MEDICAL DUTIES AS BEING A LT. COLONEL AND HIS STAFF JUMPED IN TO THE TOP PEOPLE IN OUR STATE TO HELP HIM WHILE HE'S IN HARMS WAY TO SAVE US AND OTHERS !!! HE'S SO NICE AND YOU DO FEEL LIKE YOU LEAVE WITH A SMILE,,HE JOKES,,,LOL.....BUT I DO TRUST HIM VERY MUCH AND YOUR WAITING TIME TO SEE HIM IS VERY SHORT,,,,HE SAVED MY LIFE AND HE'S MY ANGEL IF YOU CAN CALL HIM THAT,,,,BUT I DO,,,MAY GOD BLESS ALL AND PEACE BE !!!!

Very kind, helpful, understanding and made you feel proud for taking this step instead of being made to feel shamed. Dr Roberson is amazing.

Great staff, awesome doctors. The old building is really cool, definitely a relaxed atmosphere.

I have always loved this place been here for over 10 years but this is the last time I'm dealing with Nancy the nurse. Every time she's rude and condescending. There are some things about prescriptions people don't just know and they don't need to be talked down to because of it. Thanks for being so much not help. I'll call someone else next time.
She told me the wrong medication so now I have to make another appt and start over again. No one has done a thing to remedy the issue and I'm still without the meds I need.

Forget getting shot records I need them to enroll my kids in school but 3 phone calls over 2 weeks and nothing! I'm switching Dr's at this point.

One star because I couldn't give 0. Attempted to schedule multiple times, never received callbacks to schedule, most recently after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was hung up on. Terrible service and organizing, do not recommend.

The doctor (Robinson) is very unprofessional and did not pay respects to others. Not recommended!!!
