Incredible service, they will ALWAYS find a way to fit you in, even on the next business day. The online portal is always attended to. Had a message on a late Friday night and was responded to in MINUTES. Staff is so kind and the doctors are so incredibly kind and inclusive. I would recommend to everyone. Best experiences with doctors here.

I have never had an issue with this practice. My PCP listens to me and is responsive to my questions. People experiencing a mental health crisis should call the crisis hotline or report to an ER.

Go in with your questions, have them answered by the doctor right then & there or on line or telephoned answers. A very, very positive experience with Dr Ingrid Martin.

There's one good doctor I've seen here, but a few of them are just flat out terrible.

Whatever you do, do NOT see Der Simonian. I've never met a medical professional with so little knowledge about so many things, yet so sure of themselves. I feel bad for anyone who has her as their primary. Here's hoping you don't die over a misdiagnosis.

Reception is awful especially Michelle. Unsympathetic, uncaring and they like to change their policies on you from one receptionist to the next. Harassing my mother (who acts as my caseworker at the moment) as to why she’s calling for me when she had a medical waiver to talk to them.
My doctor seems nice and seems to care as much as she can, the doctors are just overworked. I’m lucky to get an appointment within five days of calling at any point for any reason aside from chest pain. They even went as far as to tell me once they had no open appointments for the next 30 days and they can’t book past 30 days so I was SOL.
Doctors are hard to find but I do think I will be searching for a new healthcare provider.

Dehumanizing experience with reception and nurse when trying to schedule a sick visit—just when I’m up for getting treated poorly 😭😭😭. Tried to kindly but firmly offer feedback, which was intentionally ignored with condescension as they repeatedly try to change the subject back to task at hand (I know you have 12 more people behind me). I’m thinking source of the problem is that medical staff and nurses aren’t treated with enough respect and compensation, and not enough to make the job bearable for the demand. Whose profiting? In this case, Maine Med high-ups and CEOs, probably doctors too. Our system has a complete lack of accountability because we can’t just take our unhealthy bodies somewhere else that isn’t plagued with the same problems. Dismal 🤦 If I was up for switching pcps, I would probably switch to Martins point—heard it’s the least bad but who knows…

I have social anxiety disorder it's hard for me to leave my home, I had an upcoming appointment that I called to cancel because the thought of leaving my home to go to this appointment gave me severe anxiety, the woman who answered the phone Wendy laughed at the idea of me having anxiety about going to this appointment , I found this rude and unprofessional . I will no longer be going to this doctor's office. Very unprofessional especially for a doctor's office who gave me the diagnose of social anxiety.

I was a patient in this practice for over 20 years. I called at the beginning of the pandemic for a refill on my asthma inhaler. I was told I was no longer a patient (their policy as I hadn't been seen there in 5 years) and they were not taking new patients. I asked if there was any way she could help bc we were told not to go to hospitals or clinics unless really sick bc of covid. She said "Call your old doctor for the refill." I said that's what I was doing. She said the doctor was no longer with the practice. I asked if they had her current number? Did they know what state she was in? "We don't share that information." And that was it.

A wide eyed emergency room Dr. gave me the refill script and recommendations for good primary care physicians in the area.

They've canceled my appt repeatedly and tell me to go to a whole different practice multiple times which obviously not everyone feels comfortable doing. I get very little to no help from having this place as my doctors office.
