I’d like to update/clarify my previous review, I love the tech staff at cvs on Columbia, Joe and the gang! They are so personable and welcoming, these 3 are what keep me coming back! Keep up the amazing work, you really make a difference!

Always a good visit at CVS. I usually receive coupons for 35% or 40% off one item, which I am able to use and then receive additional coupons after check out. I've been a customer for years while residing in Chicago--still a fav. Thanks for all you do.

Store is organized &clean, staff is amazing & helpful

Had my flu shot this morning. Pharmacist was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Helped me move to the area by transferring all my meds in like 5 min, told me the cost and when they would be ready. Quick,easy,polite

Mike went above and beyond to help me this evening! I can't remember the last time I witnessed that level of customer service not only for me, but other customers as well!

This is my go to corner store. The staff is friendly and I love their rewards program. I save a lot of money!

First, the positives: Store appears clean and is well-lighted. 1 main aisle leads back to the pharmacy, with product aisles branching off in an organized manner. Staff is polite and helpful. Unfortunately, they are understaffed and wait times are long. The following probably applies to all CVS stores: their phone robot is useless and annoying. You'll be 5 minutes just getting to a human to answer your question, if at all. 3 minutes to get information that the robot can answer. They've lost 2 possible sales to me because I can't get someone to pick up the phone.

The Pharmacy and workers in the store are amazing but the store's manager and assistant manager are poison and are the reason the Internet has them rated 2.3 stars. Replace the management of the store. They treat customers rotten.
