Allstate Insurance: The Lange Agency

Easy to reach and talk to an actual human.
The people at this agency are too notch and that's why I'm still getting my insurance here.
Allstate corporate itself isn't great at all and I'd probably give them 2 stars.
Got into an accident and vehicle was totalled.
Had to actually call their claims rep and argue about value a total of 11 times.
Initially they offered $7800 but when I went looking I couldn't find anything near that price that was comparabe.
They were using vehicles 500-600 miles away that weren't optioned like mine as comparables but when I found one 60 miles away that had almost the same miles and options mine had but they dismissed it because it was front wheel drive and not 4 wheel drive like mine was but that front wheel drive was priced at $14,900 and sold for that as well.
All in all after all the calls, emails, info and everything else I ended up getting $10,200 for my vehicle.
The agency is that good to where I'll look past that as it's not even a once in a decade that I get into an accident.

Absolutely the best service! Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful and treats us like old friends. The few times we have needed to file a claim, it is extremely simple to do and handled quickly. We shopped around to compare insurance and found we still got the best deal with our Allstate agent!
