Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services

Dominic our tech came out earlier than the appointment which I appreciated. He had actually installed a pump for us years ago. Before he even got started he checked that pump to make sure all good and it was. Then he got stated on my current problem and had it solved in short order. He kept the time to an hour, was very professional and personable, and told me how I could replace my loose and dripping shower handle from Moen. Bonus! Five stars

First of all the company responded quickly and they sent us a picture of the plumber that would be coming to our home. Thailand was here within 20 minutes of calling. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and hard working. He knew what was going on right away and dug up the septic tank before spending a lot of time on the drains which saved us money. He was also very polite and respectful. A very nice young man.

I have been using Roto rooter for the past 6 months at my business in Battle creek. Our technician Dominic has more than surpassed my expectations at the quality of work and his communication provided during all of the calls that we have made to him. Thailand was out for a clogged kitchen sink- he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable . He was quick to get the drain unclogged and offered suggestions to help us going forward. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs!

We needed service on a Saturday, and less than 2 hours after we called, Thailand was here working on a resolution. We ended up also needing the septic tank pumped out, so Scott came out with the pumper truck. He and Thailand were the utmost professional, and kept us up to speed on what was going on. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Called them out for an emergency service. Arrived alot sooner than then I expected. Called when he arrived, sent pictures to show me what the problem was. Dominic came to our apartment and fixed our shower valve. Our shower/bath ran for almost 2 days. 1 day at cold and one day at all hot. Dominic was persistent, friendly, and very kind. I would ask for him by name next time I need help. He gets 5 stars from us. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Dominic.

We arrived to my Great Grandma's home on Christmas Eve to find serious plumbing issues restricting the use of anything connected to the system. Immediately we called Roto-Rooter Battle Creek. Within one hour we had the kindest, hard working gentlemen named Thailand service our catastrophic issue. He spent 4+ hours on his Christmas Eve working around 16+ people running around the house, in his way with nothing less than
absolute professionalism and patience. Roto- Rooter and Thailand absolutely saved our Christmas and our family will be using Roto-Rooter Battle Creek again if any of us have an issue to be tended to.

Nic and Gavin were great! Very friendly and efficient. Nic had some good advice on helping to keep the drain from clogging and was informative about future work that Roto Rooter can do for me. They even cleaned out my tub. I'll be back.

Nic and Gavin came and spent 2 hours under my house in sub zero temperatures because I didn’t have water. They worked until they knew I would be ok and took time to insulate my water pipes so I would be ok now and in the future. They were kind and professional and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work. I depend on professionals for help and these guys were excellent. I ahd a sewage backup in my basement. I called and they had a gentleman by the name of Thailand cone out same day. He had me all fixed up within an hour. Amazing service. Even cleaned up after wards!!

Salmon Nick came in and got the job done they knew exactly what they were doing and make sure everything was good and also make sure I checked everything out before they left and they also answered my questions and and what not to do if I don't have this situation again

Had a very in depth job, Dominic and Gavin absolutely knocked it out of the park. Finished as scheduled (something I thought wouldn't be possible once the task was underway.) If you need something fixed I would ask for these guys by name, can't speak highly enough of the service they provided.

These guys are the absolute best! We had a pipe burst over the holiday weekend, and a friendly technician named Dez came to our aid late at night, found the source of the problem, and fixed it on the spot.
We appreciated his help!
