I never have that feeling of dread going to the Dentist. I enjoy seeing my Dentist and this office is genuinely caring - EVERYONE is. The entire office staff is fantastic and it's nice to share some laughs before the "fun" begins. I one hundred percent recommend Lavender Dental. Lavender Dental truly saved the day! I sought care for a troublesome tooth, and the pain escalated overnight. In my worst agony, Lavender Dental promptly scheduled me for a root canal. The staff's compassion and Dr. Rocco's phenomenal expertise made the experience exceptional. If you're in search of a fantastic dentist delivering amazing results, look no further!

I had my first cleaning at Lavender and Missy the hygienist did an absolute amazing job. It was comfortable. It was thorough and my teeth look great. I look forward to all my future dental care with Lavender!!! Oh, and the staff is super friendly and comforting!!

Customer service is fantastic. From the time I arrived the staff made me feel very comfortable. Upon checking in at the desk; the wait was very short (approximately 5 minutes). Because it was such a short wait it relieved my anxiety.
My dental tech was happy and energetic. She spoke to me during my entire cleaning… sharing happy news & world experiences.
When the doctor arrived and he introduced himself. He explained what he was going to do. He was polite, knowledgeable and detailed. The entire staff made my visit a pleasant and painless process.

I was thinking about a waterpik/tooth brush when my Sonic care dies?
Was discussing with my hygenist and ended up with just a hand held battery waterpik to use in conjunction with my sonic care that addressed my concerns about a 2 in 1 device while giving my the benefit of the adding the water-stream cleaning to my oral health care!
And my insurance covered it!

Staff was ready to go, my wait time was not long at all. They explained the steps to be done, flexed the work around when Dr Rocco could come into the room and it was all very efficient

We love Dr. Rocco and his staff. They take wonderful care of our teeth and are always so kind and considerate.

Lavender Dental in Battle Creek is a very good place to go when you need work done on your teeth! I am very pleased what I had done! And also the staff are all very friendly too!!

I was treated with respect and friendliness and was well informed about some new insurance options that would be beneficial to me.

I called and set up my first appt for about 2 months out - they called me back that same afternoon with an opening from a cancelation 2 days later. Never had a dentist do that, I've always had to call and check that myself. My hygienist Missy was awesome and made my overdue dentist visit a breeze. I would certainly recommend them and look forward to going back!

Update:
I’ve been back for multiple cleanings/checkups and my 5-star review stands. I rescheduled my recent appointment the day of and got in 2 days later. Also only remembered I needed to reschedule because they sent me texts about my appointment. Great communication and always a great experience!

I totally love coming to your office. The two receptionist are so friendly and nice.
My hygienist is always a delight and makes me feel at ease.
DR. Rocco is also very nice, and listens to my concerns. Never rushes.
I'm very happy 😊 with the entire staff.

Outstanding service , especially since this was my first visit. Dr Rocco's assistant's were friendly and helpful ! Doctor was very honest, informative , and relaxed! Even though what he said about my dental prognosis wasn't very encouraging ,I felt him very honest.Thank you my Beaver friend !

Missy was a new hygenist to me for my appointment and at first I was a little anxious as I really liked Jess who no longer works there. Missy was fabulous, kind and thorough. Change can still be a good thing. I highly recommend Missy.
