Great customer service, quote provided in a timely manner. Our business had a fire so the entire heating and cooling system was removed and replaced. All new overhead ductwork in showroom, offices, excellent quality. The technicians actually cared about symmetry and looks. The entire crew worked with us on every aspect and I couldn’t be any happier! I highly recommend!

Have them come out every year to service furnace and central air. They are fairly priced and professional.

I highly recommend Sims Heating and Cooling and will only be using Sims from here on out! After years of getting conflicting information on our furnace, we finally got answers with Sims and were able to get a new furnace installed within 3 days to keep our family safe and get our heat back on.

Trey was the technician who diagnosed the issue and provided us with options ranging from replacing a part to purchasing a new system. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured that we would not continue to use the system that was creating a potentially dangerous environment. His help and promptness are much appreciated!

Jill was great to work with while we figured out next steps and once we decided to go with a new furnace, John reached out that evening and offered to bring space heaters to our home. Jason and the team were out right away and did a great job with install while navigating toddlers and barking dogs. Now we have a new furnace that is safe for our family!

Honestly, this company provided some of the best service I've ever experienced! They were quick to respond, even after hours. They were polite, friendly and fixed the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need. 5 stars for sure!!

When our furnace had a leak and smelled like gas l knew just who to call.They came out and gave us a estimate,and you do pay 100.00 for the estimate Which was a bit much,but he also did something to stop the noise the furnace was making while he was here which sounded at the time like someone was holding a satanic ritual in the basement .We set up a date for them to fix our furnace and they did a great job.No leaks,no gassy smell.Sims did a great job!!

Called at 8 was able to come by this morning and air conditioner back up and running before 11. So happy with service received!!!
