I have never felt an injection she has given me.

This was a great experience! I went to Dr. Cosner to have all my mercury fillings removed. From day one, they educated me about the dangers of mercury fillings, showed me a few other issues in my teeth, then they put a plan in place to accomplish my goal to be mercury free. There was never any pressure and they always made sure my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. The entire staff is very pleasant! Dr. Cosner is very capable and has a very calming presence. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I will continue to go there for my cleanings and any future dental work that I may need. I highly recommend this practice!

Truly a wonderful experience for my little one's dental care. Dr. Javana and her team are very knowledgeable about holistic dental care with the right balance of assessing when to bring in higher level interventions as she develops. Nothing is forced on us and we feel empowered to make decisions that are well informed. My kiddo feels comfortable and for me it is very low stress.

I needed some dental surgery and put it off because I was so scared. I was nervous for weeks before my appointment and had thoughts of reasons to cancel. I loved what I heard at evaluation appointments but still terrified of the process. My Son came to set next to me. It was a three hour appt.
Well…… I felt absolutely no pain!!! None.
I had some back teeth pulled , caps replaced and didn’t even know when it happened. The period with temporary caps was smooth with no problems. I did not even need Novocaine to get the permeant caps. I loved Dr. Kosner’s holistic approach.
It made a big difference. So thankful for the care I received.

Seriously, Dr Cosner is the best, and we've been all over the state. Your kids will be loved on and get to enjoy the dogs.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Even the doctors cute little dogs were very friendly and glad to see me! Dr. Javana was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort through the whole procedure. I love this office! All of the staff is welcoming and friendly, and always answer my questions. Dr Cosner herself is fantastic with kids, very patient and compassionate. I love that she discusses everything and cares about treating the person as a whole. They truly go above and beyond to be friendly, accomodating, etc etc. My kids love going to the dentist! I also love that they are exploring more treatment options that help long term health and overall wellbeing. The only downside I would say is paying out of pocket and insurance reimburses. Sometimes that can be difficult. But some insurances are better than others and they are really up front with that cost and try to be as cost effective as possible. We drive over an hr to see them and are grateful for the care recieved!

I have been going to this office since I had teeth basically like 1985. They have always been amazing. Linda at the front desk, super kind and knowledgeable. Dr Cosner...it is kind of scary getting a new dentist. Several years ago when the previous dentist moved on, I had my reservations about Dr Cosner, but she is incredible. She has your best interest at heart. She has high standards for dentistry. She is so sweet with everyone but especially kids and those who are anxious about coming. Jan, you're a rock star. Super gentle hygienist. Kayla, if I remembered your name right. I can't say enough! You are very knowledgeable for being so young. You are so amazingly patient and considerate and gentle. You made our visit so pleasant. I was so scared my daughter was going to never come back but instead she has vowed only you and Dr Cosner can touch her. Now they have Sara at the desk and she so sweet and helpful as well. I am so glad she joined your team.

Dr. Javana and her team do a fantastic job. From her front desk staff, dental hygienist, to her therapy dogs, the whole team makes you feel well taken care of. If you're looking for a dentist that goes above and beyond the conventional dentist, this is your place.

Doctor Cosner did an outstanding job doing the tooth extractions. She is very caring and meticulous in her work. Everyone on her staff are friendly and caring as well. To me they made me feel like they are family. My wife and I are so thankful to have Dr Cosner as our dentist and I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cosner and her staff!!! They were all so gentle and caring. I feel so well educated and empowered knowing that there are options other than the standard dental treatments. I am really looking forward to moving ahead with the dental treatment I need. I had avoided dentists for years because I thought they should know more but Dr. Cosner is the ONE! After a traumatic experience with a dentist in Ann Arbor we switched to Dr. Cosner. My child now loves the dentist and we rest assured that she is in the best care. They are progressive, up to date, treat my child with respect (don't strap her down but instead talk kindly) and allow the parent to be present in the room.
