So sad seeing the few recent poor reviews. Dr Wilcox has been cleaning our kids teeth for over a decade! All their staff is wonderful, and treats our kids great! If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, then this is the best place in the Battle Creek area, and the only one I recommend.

What an amazing experience! The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. I can not say enough about Dr Wilcox, she is awesome. My daughter was very nervous about seeing the dentist and now she is excited about going back. They treat your children wonderfully and genuinely try their hardest to make a scary experience as fun as possible. I wish all doctors were this awesome with kids.
I am recommending this office to everyone I know! Thank you Dr Wilcox and Staff!

What an amazing pediatric dentist Dr. Wilcox is! We were referred to her as a specialist by our regular dentist. She could not be more patient, kind, or caring. Her consideration of my child meant so much to us. 5 stars aren't enough-she deserves the whole sky!

I drive from Kalamazoo because she is that good. She is so patient with children and knows exactly how to make them calm about anything. She answers their questions politely and with patience. We absolutely love her and her office!

We have been visiting this dentist for many years. Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Wilcox is kind, gentle, and great with children. I wouldn't have my children go anywhere else.

Awesome for many years

Loved seeing Dr. Wilcox for my Son’s 1st dental appointment. She gave good tips and worked patiently with him.

However, I missed a call from reception today to confirm an appointment that I forgot about and the number will not go through when I try to call it back. I’ve been trying for 10 mins. Have no way to contact them about my appointment, so now I’ll look like a no-show since I can’t make it in. Don’t know if their lines are down, but she called me and I called back not even 60 seconds later, and can’t get through, not even ringing.

The most disrespectful receptionist ever! I am a nurse and Jessica is horrible at her job! So rude! The dentist should definitely have a conversation with this employee! I don’t know if my child should even go there! I’m shocked as a medical professional and definitely will be having a conversation with Dr. Catherine Wilcox!

My experience with this office was HORRIBLE!!!!!! First off I called to schedule an appointment in may and they were booked out until August so I told them I wanted to schedule but I was going to look around and see if I could find someone who could accept them sooner, they then told me I was unable to make an appointment with them and look around. So I told them I wasn’t gonna look around and I wanted to keep my appointment so they scheduled me but was very very rude about only to almost get to august and they called me to tell me they wouldn’t see my kids because I left a google review! This office receptionist is very unprofessional and rude I don’t recommend anyone to schedule with this office

WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER! AVOID THIS OFFICE! FRONT RECEPTIONIST RUDEST PERSON IN A DENTIST OFFICE I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. APPOINTMENT SCH TAKES MONTHS, THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL WITH ANYTHING. WORTH GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!
