I haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a year cause every time it’s always messed up along with attitude. I went today and was pleasantly surprised when they took a long time and apologized to us in the drive thru you could tell they were understaffed maybe even overwhelmed but they didn’t get anything wrong this time and were so so nice I had to write a review hopefully they maintain this the drive thru people were awesome and so very nice

Always excited for some taco bell and kfc!! I am a big fan of the Crunch wrap supreme, it feels like I'm getting the best food for the price. Mmm Mmmm

I had the BBQ special and the meat was tough and not hot.

The cashier put in our order, and we waited 20 minutes before anyone noticed that they forgot to make our order. Horrible customer service

Went through the drive through at 5:15 tonight and the young man at the pay window was very pleasant and the pickup window girls was nice and helpful. I appreciated the excellent service.

Great service. Have been to this location before and service people were pretty rude. The past two times service was much better. This last time, very polite and brought our food to the table.

Taco Bell is life. Veggie power bowls are the best fuel for a busy yogi after yoga class!

The food is made well and served fast. They stick to their hours and keep a clean place. The staff is...... Excellent. Tonight I went to Taco Bell, closing time was 11pm. Myself and 2 others pulled up to the drive through at 10:52 pm. One person wasn't sure what he wanted and took some time to decide even after the other food was ordered, and modified. We finished ordering at 11 on the dot and they closed the drive through. While we ordered the employee was polite and very patient even though we were slow. I'm sure they were all tired and ready to call it a day, but they were friendly through out the process. I am writing this review because on another night at another place, McDonald's, I pulled up to the drive through just 12 minutes before closing. When I stopped to place my order they turned out the light and pretended they weren't home. So many places will do that and it really makes me angry because they made me waste my time pulling off the road when I could not bothered.
There is a closing time for a reason. Nobody closes at "around 11".

Always have excellent drive through service. The workers are very nice and always get my order done correctly and quickly. One of the best taco bells I've ever visited and will continue to come back often as long as the experience stays the same.

The employees work so hard for what they have to deal with. I love the food and give them props 👏 for always being consistent. And if I ever have a issue it's always fixed right away. I work across the street and love coming here for lunch

It's terrible but tastes so damn good. You know the drill.

Great location. Plenty of parking just for the store. Slightly bigger than what I am used to. Meets all the standards of the average KFC/Tacobell.

As of this writing there is broken waterspout near the entrance that looks ugly. Please fix.

I love taco bells food and understand that they r new and the employees are still learning the ropes. I give an A for effort. Keep it up and u will get there. Cant wait for ur grand opening

Taco bells customer service sucks!! Had a complaint on an order that was totally wrong, the store said it would send ma a voucher. Well almost a month later and still no voucher, also 2 emails to corporate and no response there either, what a joke!!!

Been here a few times and they have consistently provided great food. Probably the best taco bell in the state. Keep it up guys!

Surprisingly enough Taco Bell is going above and beyond with safety. When your order is passed out the drive thru window they place the bag in a clean bucket where the customer takes it from . There is also a shield in the window.

Taco bell, is the absolute best place to get fast food in waterville ! I recommend the chicken quesadilla with rice it'll blow your mind!! And taste bud let's make it a thing
