Silver Street Tavern & Restaurant

Absolutely loved this place! Went for a date night with my partner, and we got some spicy wings that had us crying at our table (we were warned), but they were so good we ate them all anyway! An awesome challenge for any spicy lover
I took pity with some enchiladas after and some amazing mixed drinks, while the amazing staff made sure we had little salads to sate our burning palates. Definitely planning to go back! And maybe trying the less spicy wings this time

Fun pub with local historical photos. Photos are paired with a fun fact plaque that explains a little about the photo. Relaxed pub atmosphere is comfortable. Seating was available outside too. A little slow service but perhaps they were short staffed on that day.
Will return!

Fantastic, was not expecting anything out of the ordinary, but, dang, service was WAY above par thanks to the delightful woman whose name I forget!! A traveling nursing student? Anyway, so engaging, was on top of everything, and even busy, found time to chat. Awesome. Had the Crab Benedict , which was incredible, slight amount of Cajun seasoning, but not over powering. Great hollandaise, everything fresh and homemade- I asked for light on the home fries and and got exactly that. Bloody Mary's were off the chart and the manager was gracious and appreciative. What a great experience.

This restaurant is one of the best ones in the greater Waterville area. The staff is always been friendly, the food Is always amazing, and live coming here all year around. Summer time you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoors and yummy food and sometimes good local live music.

We have been here a number of times and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Best of all, the staff is super nice! It's always a pleasure to come here.
PS. Having said that, you should stick to beer as their wine list is pretty bad.

We had a large party and they took us right in without a wait. Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service and very reasonable prices. Definitely add to our regular stops when in Waterville.

A very enjoyable meal. This restaurant has almost anything you can imagine to choose from off their menu. Not far from Coby College and a cross the street from hotel. Great atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. They do have a bar and outside seating as well.

Waitress was awesome even running the bar at the same time as table. The food was. Clearly homeade and very good. Got a glacier grapejuice for a drink and it tasted like koolade, how could you go wrong!

If you are traveling in Maine, you should come here. All the foods are amazing. Best American restaurant in Maine.

Amazing food, quick service and a great atmosphere. Peanut took good care of us. 10 out of 10 will be coming back for sure.

Randomly stopped here while out of town for work. Was glad I chose the place. Good service and warm relaxing atmosphere.

My husband and I enjoyed are meal very much he had steak tips and I had the ribs everything was delicious prices not to bad waitress was very attentive and very nice would go back most definitely

Third edit: We decided to try Silver St one last time and it was amazing. I had chicken Constantine ( chicken and some girls name!!!) And it was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten! Service was much better and organized no. We will return!! Good food, fun atmosphere. Edit: We've loved Silver St for thirty years through various owners. The food is great, but the service is not good most of the time that we go now. We've waited 30 minutes for a drink. Had them forget our appetizer till after the meal comes, always something major, that is more than a minor inconvenience, but enough to really just ruin your evening. It's never the food, which is great, but always the wait staff. It's sad. I hope it can improve, because we used to go all of the time.

Amazing little tavern the live music was amazing the staff service was perfect and the food was phenomenal! Would recommend the cheese dip and the veal parm! 10/10 would recommend

I tried The Athean salad with blackened chicken and pita bread and it was delicious and top notch!!!!. Elizabeth was a great staff. Place was full. Will be back tomorrow to order the same salad.

Had dinner there a few days ago for our anniversary. We were met at the door by owner who was very polite. We were seated after a short wait. The food was excellent and the service was good.
