My favorite local lunch spot. Great fresh food made by the owner. Family owned and operated. Outdoor seating. Clean restrooms. Italian vibe inside. Prices are very reasonable and portions are good. Service is quick and friendly.

I love it here! My friends and I come here sometimes for drinks on our lunch break during school, and they’re always amazing! Also, they have gluten free food, which is amazing since it means my mom and I can eat here together :) definitely reccomend!!!

The first thing you'll notice is the welcoming atmosphere, followed by a wonderful staff. Oh, and there's what you're actually out for, a quick bite, some coffee, whatever you decide, it's going to be wonderful.

Came here yesterday for the first time. For some reason, I always thought it was just a coffee joint. Turns out, it's a family-owned Italian restaurant! So far I've only had the Italian soda, after finding out you can get one here. They are good and only $2! In fact, I came back today too to get one! The atmosphere is very loving and cozy, feels like you're with family. I will definitely be back sometime soon to try the food. I regret waiting this long to try this place.

Loved the Sandwich and the Service was fast and friendly

A comfy small cafe with decent food, reasonable prices, and right downtown. Their sign is easy to miss though. I've lived here a couple years and never knew it existed--I wish I would've found it sooner. Good service. I was pleasantly surprised that the hostess knew the names of many of the customers that entered while we were there. Definitely going back soon.

I am new to the Battle Creek area as a teacher. It was nice find such a cozy cafe that makes you feel at home. The staff was very friendly and overhearing some conversations you could tell that they have built some great relationships with their guests. I had a veggie sandwich and coffee while I worked on my lesson plans. Both the food and coffee were fantastic at a good price!

These guys are super awesome. The live music with Michael Angelo was a wonderful background to a very well done dinner. Highly recommend the lasagna. Make sure if you go on Wednesday that you call in a reservation, since they are a full house. Was not disappointed. The family photos on the tables are amazing. Thank you guys for getting us in. Great first impression!!

2020 High school open house. The staff served the guests for a party of about 135 people. Were asked if they were able to do a brunch setup and they delivered an outstanding setup with 3 different types of quiche, fresh fruit, french toast sticks, bacon and sausage. Additionally, drinks. Outstanding setup and perfect for any occasion highly recommended!

Barista blues is an excellent establishment with great food and good vibes! The Angus cheeseburger was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend if you are in battle creek you stop by and and check them out and have a dining experience you won't forget!

Barista Blues has catered two funeral services for us in the past year and done an outstanding job. Their service and courtesy are the highest quality, and the food was very good. Excellent value, excellent service, excellent food. Highly recommend.

I love this little cafe! Everything I order, no matter what it is, is always fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I visit 2 or 3 times a week and always feel like part of the Barista family. Thank you Maryann!
