Traveling through living the full time Rv life in Maine I recently had the privilege of bringing my 2022 3500 Ram in to find a fuel leak on one of my fuel lines. There was a cancellation in the next 2 days and they just had a few extra minute to assist the problem later that day and they had it fixed in less that 30 minutes. Service & professionalism was above, and beyond than what I expected. Thank you for being there for when I needed help you guys rock!

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the stellar service provided by Bangor Truck and Auto. The level of professionalism and integrity displayed by this establishment was truly commendable. From my first interaction, their honesty was evident, offering transparency that is often hard to come by in this industry.

What struck me most was the accommodation they extended when they allowed me to drop off my truck without a scheduled appointment. Not only did they accept my vehicle, but they also took advantage of a cancellation to service it sooner than initially anticipated. In all, the level of assistance provided by Bangor Truck and Auto was exceptional. Their team managed to make an often stressful process reassuringly smooth and efficient. Bangor Auto and Truck Center has done excellent work on my 2002 Dodge Dakota truck. The truck’s original PCM failed last year, and I couldn’t find a service center that could find a replacement part (due to the age of the truck). Not even the Dodge dealership could help. I finally took it into Bangor Auto and Truck, and they successfully found and installed a reconditioned replacement part. This year, I had another engine repair done, and they stood by their work and made no-charge follow-up adjustments to the repair. The service reps are very professional and kept me well informed. I highly recommend Bangor Auto and Truck.

I own a '93 F250 I bought new. I've taken good care of it - very little rust. The truck needed repair work done on the fuel lines. All dealerships and many garages will not take on repair work on older vehicles. This shop did, and despite obsolete parts they found a workaround with aftermarket parts. The job wasn't an easy one and it took two visits to get it right but they stood by their work and treated me fairly. The work was done at a reasonable price and the truck runs like new now.
This shop has done other work on my other vehicles - some of it major engine work a few years ago so for me they have a very good track record.

We needed an oil change for our RV while traveling through. We had difficulty finding a place that could get us in with 1 day notice. They got us in and were very nice. Let us bring the dog in, offered to drive us to lunch when it was taking a little while, and were overall very courteous. Nice waiting room. Very reasonably priced...if we lived in the area, we would go again.

I had to choose a shop to help me with tire installation but more so to do a thorough inspection of my suspension and breaking systems. I was travelling through Bangor on my way to Mexico and needed piece of mind my 20 year old RV wasn’t going to offer me any surprises along the way. The team at BA&T went the extra mile, identified and fixed a few creaky noises, gave my rig a clean bill of health and performed a mini-lube all for a really fair price. We were back on our way in no time. Kudos to the whole team.

This was my first visit to this business. For twenty years I have gone to Sullivans. Well, my daughter told me about Bangor Truck and Auto and I decided to give it a try for my new to me car I just bought. I received great communication from the first call. I received a call while I left my car(my choice) to let me know that I did not need certain things done that I had asked for. Thanks for being honest! I did have a couple other things that were needed and they communicated with me before doing the work to ensure I wanted it done and the expense to expect. Prices were fair and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I met the mechanic who was nice and thorough, and left my car without grease stains as I have had at another business. Shout out to TJ at the counter who had excellent communication with me and made the process easy. I will continue using this business and recommend it to others.

My camper brakes were not working nearly as well as they should. After the dealer spent 9 months trying to figure it out, and failed, I took it to Bangor Auto & Truck. They quickly found the wiring issue. It's not necessarily the work that impressed me though. It was the communication. Now I did come right out and beg them for their best effort as far as keeping me informed with any new developments. But they were all very understanding, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. From the manager, to the mechanic, to the man and woman at the front of the building. I hope they see this and realize how far customer service can take you. It's one thing to do the work and do it right, but customer service and proper communication goes a long way with all of us pain in the butt customers. Thank you for the effort!

This was my first time here...and it will not be the last. They do quality work , and the bill I paid was less than the online quote I received! That was a pleasant surprise. The waiting room was comfortable. They even have Roku ! The staff is friendly. I felt that my business was appreciated. Thanks Bangor Auto !!!

Great place! The people who work there are so friendly and efficient and the customer service lounge is incredible. They serviced my Fiat 500L quickly and the price was much less than the dealership charges. I highly recommend them!

Great shop, great people, great prices, they were super friendly and helpful when I walked in, they explained and went over everything when I came back in to pick up my truck. I would definitely be back if I was staying longer, but I'll definitely refer anybody and everyone I know in the area to these guys, I can not thank them enough for getting me in and fixed up on such short notice.

We would give 10 stars if we could. We were going to Bar Harbor (from WV) and something hit the radiator on our Winnebago RV near Bangor. After a couple of days searching for help, we found these guys. They were super to work with, reassured us that everything would be ok, let us stay in our RV in their lot while ordering parts and then did outstanding work actually doing the job.

Broke down traveling from Florida and they were all awesome here. Helped us get on with out Rv trip. Fantastic place for all your needs.

Excellent service! Repaired my '98 box truck perfectly. Fixed my steering issue in a very timely manner and for $200 less than quoted price. In no time my truck was back on the road! Thanks again!

Amazing business. The staff was very knowledgeable, diagnosing my engine problem and repairing it same day for a low cost. The waiting room was modern and clean and the mechanics were honest, not trying to upsell me anything. Will be returning in the future!

What an amazing group and I can't thank them enough for making our breakdown/transmission issue in our RV a little easier to take. Very knowledgeable in RV repair. First rate and first class! I highly recommend them.
