Riverside Dental PC

Started with this practice for my wife and son today. From the start we felt welcomed and wanted. The reception time was spent doing paperwork, and they were very kind and communicative with my wife while doing her procedure. They allowed my son to be in the room and watch to calm his nerves to make the process easier. When it came time for my son's turn, they were very patient and provided the upmost care and respect while he struggled through. We were able to get him a cleaning, and explanation of care and a plan of action including a referral to the pediatric dentist down the road. We are pleased with the services provided, and look forward to the continued care they have us scheduled for.

I went there today because of a tooth that was hurting bad enough the pain was in my eye. They was able to get me in immediately for a cleaning, but upon doing x-rays and visual inspection the dr ended up pulling the tooth instead. I did kind of insist on the extraction, but he did listen and was very nice about it. I had a very professional and friendly experience with the staff. No problems, I will be returning for any further dental work.

Dr Baker is so friendly and awesome! He fixed an old crown on my front tooth that was done horribly. He fixed that and matched it to my other front tooth. My smile is now fixed and beautiful again and I gained my confidence back.

Recently had a cavity the size of pluto in my molar, which was irritating the nerve. I had never been to Riverside Dental and was new to the area. The pain set in, during the middle of the night. Called 4 different offices and only Riverside called back within an hour of opening. They scheduled me in right away. Their expertise, knowledge and customer care is absolutely amazing. I ended up having to get my molar pulled and didn't feel a thing. Was in and out under an hour pain free! The 3 other doctor offices called 3 to 4 days later, one labeled as an emergency dentistry.

Dr Baker is so nice and professional and not in a rush. He took time to talk to me and made me very comfortable.

Great staff. They try not to overbook so there is usually no wait time.. maybe 5 minutes. Love them.

They were prompt and efficient. They took care of everything I needed and were the only place that would/could get me in right away to take care of a dental emergency.

Wonderful people. The Dentist is an awesome person. Knows what he is doing. Dental hygentest is amazing and very personable. Love the place.

If you need to get something done this is a place to go. He is old school and doesn't believe in sending everyone to an oral surgeon.

Very friendly, they will spend time on you to provide solid dental care and checkups.

The people here were nice and they did do a good job pulling without pain. Im only giving three stars because somehow there was a misunderstanding a missed a tooth i had wanted extracted.

The doctor was an hour late. When he came in he said “it’s gotta go” told me to open up wide and then got irritated with me for being surprised when he started numbing it with no warning. We ended up leaving without treatment

They do not leave voicemails when they call to remind about appointment and then charge 21 dollars. Poor service.

The dentist insulted my dental work, too. And his assistant was giggling the whole time, smh. I was telling him to push down on my cap so it would stay on but, he absolutely refused. He told me several reasons why he wouldn't. And, yes, my cap came off 2 days later. Thanks for the memories 👎🏽
NEVER GOING BACK!

Went for my appointment and there was no receptionist but instead a shirtless child behind the desk and the dentist Mr. Baker was just insulting my previous dental work saying it was done by all the foreigners becoming dentists now.

Closed multiple days during advertised work hours has made me late on paying my bill for them. They also haven't returned my call. I'd rate them 0 if I could
