Sarah Hamric is best realtor I've ever worked with! She gave us great advice as we prepared to sell our house and was honest and up front giving us a realistic picture of what to expect. Even though our home was very modest and she wasn't going to make a large commission, we always felt we were her first priority - she worked just as hard for us as if we were selling a million dollar house. And through it all, as stressful as selling a house is, we actually had fun! Working with her was a joy. And on top of it all, we had an offer within 24 hours of listing it.
