Whimsy Shop

Gorgeous shop full of beautiful and unique items. I came by to look at their polish pottery collection, and left with 3 bubble mugs, a pair of hand knit socks for my baby, and a local artist print card. I definitely would have purchased more if I had time to stay longer! A must visit and I hope to come back again soon on a future visit. The shop goers were friendly along with the shop owners.

The Whimsy Shop is a gift shop located in Dock Square. They sell holiday ornaments, pumpkin lantern and candy bowls, polish pottery and other pottery, tea, table runners and kitchen towels, pillows, jewelry, bird models, handbags, and more. We purchased a Kennebunkport ornament!

Good selection of items to decorate your house, or dress yourself

Without having a chance to enter the shop we encountered the owners screaming at a passerby. A gentleman was turning around in the driveway and owner was extremely nasty. I’m sure parking is an issue at this business but a little more hospitality and friendliness will bring in more patrons. We kept walking and didn’t bother going in.
