I have been a client of Dr. McDaniel for years. He and his staff are so approachable and pleasant to be around. Everything is always in it's special place, the office is always clean, Donna and Jennifer are great receptionists. I always feel great when leaving with the pretty smile that my hygienist gives me. I am able to pay all of the work done and it is never too expensive. Five stars every time!

Friendly atmosphere and great service! They keep everything sanitary and wore their mask at all times. Felt very comfortable! Amber did a great job cleaning my teeth! And my husband had the new hygienist Chrystal, who replaced Becky. And he was very happy with his cleaning.

New crew has just taken over here. My first visit was very pleasant and professional in all ways. Lots of text reminders. Pleasant front desk. The dental tech is also an RN. New doc was a good combination of friendly
professionalism, just as I prefer.

The staff are friendly caring individuals. They work as a team to ensure you have the best dental experience you can have. I would not choose any other dentist. They treat you like family. And are highly skilled in their profession.

I was referred by my husband who went there with tooth pain. They came in on a day they weren't open just to do his fillings to help accommodate his schedule as an otr truck driver. They fixed his tooth without having to send him for a pricey root canal. I am so pleased with everything myself. I went there as a new patient on a special price of $59.99 for x-rays and cleaning. Nobody in town can beat that price. The office is nice and clean and professional. Everyone that works there is handsome or beautiful inside and out (yes, the dentist too). I got my x-rays and cleaning done by Amber, who had her work cut out for her because it has been three years since my last cleaning. She was great and did fast and fantastic work. Then the dentist came in and said he could try to remove the discoloration on my teeth right now no charge. He did this blaster on my teeth and a few minutes later the discoloration was gone and I was so happy I could cry.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The dentist filed down a piece of hardware from my bridge that had been bothering me. He was a very nice dentist and I felt very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing. I am glad my periodontist recommended him.

The staff is incredibly friendly, from the front desk to Dr. Welch. Location is clean and easily accessible. They have surpassed expectations with quality, care and knowledge. Welch’s humor is also a plus. Their attention to your dental health is outstanding.

I knew at my first appointment I made the best decision when I became a patient at complete Care Dental. The smiling faces the welcoming voices the knowledge of the profession with everyone in the office. I have never in 40 years felt so cared for in a dental exam room. Dr. Brandon Welch has done an amazing job working with my very sensitive brain surgery schedule to be able to fix my extensive dental problems so that I could be as healthy as I possibly could going into such in depth procedures. Broken teeth in the back of my mouth from seizures that was tearing my mouth apart. Got me right in and even saved a couple teeth that may of otherwise needed root canals or extractions. Still have the teeth. And I was healed up enough to go into a 12 hour brain surgery with my head locked into a rotational device for my operation. If them teeth would of been taken out or broken my life would be absolutely hell right now. He saved my teeth and a ton of discomfort. And I’m doing so always kept excellent bed side mannner professional with a huge sense of humor and a pleasing smile. While fixing me up. I missed appointments because of medication changes and appointments with my brain surgeon Dr. Welch and his staff worked with me through and through to make it work for us all. I will never step foot in another dentist office. This is home plate for me. Thanks for treating me like family and being so open to helping me in such sensitive and life changing experience. Huge high 5 to the whole staff.

Had a great experience the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Amber went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to keep you informed of what she was doing along the way. Will definitly be back!

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Welsch (not sure of the spelling). In general t was a good experience.

I didn't like the radio channel that was on because of a distasteful story and music that was not comforting.

Amber is great as usual. She has been cleaning my teeth since she started with Doc. McDaniels office 20 years. Speaking of Doc. McDaniels, I was shocked that he retired.... I'm not sure about the new doctor yet. I get some work done in July, so to be continued. But I loved Doc. McDaniel and I will miss him, he took excellent care of my families teeth 25+ years. I am happy for you Doug.🤗 And I am sure you left us in great hands.

Dr. Welch was very caring and professional and adjusted my dentures quickly. His stay is equally kind and friendly. The office is conveniently located and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend!

We enjoy the atmosphere at Complete Care Dental. The dental hygienist, receptionist, the assistants and Dr. Welch are very caring. Overall we have had a great experience. And they play great music!

Worked me in on a busy day - very professional staff. Nice modern clean office in what appears to be an older building from the outside. Close to downtown BC.
