Excellent professional service,lady whom I transported there her Drivers license way past due ,expired, she was So happy to get renewed ,new picture taken,appointment made was directed immediately to proper line, Lady serviced even when not feeling well ,I could tell, still did all required assessments, your team made a Happy customer 😀

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Last two visits, I was in and out in 10min or less. No line was a plus.

Super easy to walk in and make an appointment if you don't want to go online. Walked into a fight in the lobby when I came back for my appointment. It was a little distracting but didn't last long. Employees are super friendly and helpful! One of the fastest experiences I've ever had at a Secretary Of State!

Happy to share my experience was pleasant at Secretary of State for the first time ever! My appointment time was honored on time and only a handful of other people were waiting in a small line. I was greeted with a smile. Outstanding service and surprisingly quick appointment time. Thank you so much.

Greeter was very pleasant. I made my appointment online, and was seen on time by Sheri who was so helpful. We’re dealing with a death in family, probate, etc…. She was helpful and educating. She got everything done with a smile on her face.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing I would say that was frustrating is trying to make the appointment online. Only being able to check times at 8am and noon. Once I was able to finally get a opening everything was easy and quick. Just keep checking every day. They will have appointment options at 8am and noon. If it doesn't show anything available check every day it is different! The facility was clean and spaced out with chairs. Overall would recommend! Thank you!!

They have actually found a way to provide excellent customer service and cut the wait time down to almost nothing.Other than having to spend money on my registration tabs it terrible in there today.

Every time I come here, there always seems to be a long wait. If you can just use the kiosk machine inside the first door, then you can be in and out in no time, but if you need personal help at the counter, you will be waiting a while. There seems to be plenty employees, but one or two always seem to be on break or just wandering around and not helping with the backlog of customers waiting. I've updated this review from two stars to five stars, because the online appointment system works so very well with your smart phone. I made an appointment on the secretary of state website. When I arrived, only two people had appointments and the other 35-40 we're waiting with numbers in hand. I was literally there for two minutes total. The whole process was very smooth.

Thankfully we were a leg to get an appointment as I needed to get copies of my boat Title. We arrived on time and were welcomed by a greeter and sat down. We waited for five minutes and went to the window to speak with Sharon. She was so helpful, kind and even made a suggestion that saved me a few hundred dollars. I will ask for her the next time I need to go to the Secretary of State.

Pretty quick service on a july holiday friday, made the appointment on line for noon, got there at noon and was done at 1230, just book your appointment in advance before you go. Be sure all paperwork is in order.

Always had good experiences here, if it is the last day of the month on a Wednesday after 5, expect a long wait, but that is to be expected. Also, you can now go online beforehand and reserve an appointment time so you don't have to wait in line for very long, and the last 4 digits of your phone number with your appointment time will be shown on the screen when you walk in. Probably only 2% of people do this though. For a secretary of state office, this one is very nice.

Normally i hate going to secretary of state. The lines are always so long and its slow. I went today (had an appointment) i was in and out in less that 30 minutes after plating 2 vehicles. I must admit i was rather impressed. The ladies were also very polite.

Got me in and out in under 1 hour and I didn't know we have to make a appointment! I did have to wait about 20 minutes to fill in another appointment time but that's included in the hour That Day....

I had the pleasure of visiting the DMV at the Secretary of States Office in Battle Creek this afternoon about 3 pm. Sheri a staff member helped me with several transactions, trying to sort out the changes of titles and registrations that the death of my brother had made me responsible for. She was patient, efficient, and courteous. She dug right in and made what seemed to me a total mess of forms and never ending papers into a understandable working system of identification of my brother vehicles and boats. The folks that work in this facility are friendly and efficient Thank You Sheri and the Battle Creek DMV folks for a very pleasent experience.

I had a really great experience here recently. I needed new MC numbers for my jet ski and I just walked right in asked and they gave me what I needed the next day. I didn’t know how to create an appointment.

I scheduled an appointment and did two separate things (license update and car registration) with no issues. I was seen on time and was done in 20 minutes. Person who helped me was friendly and professional.

We had appointment but look like you could just show up with no appointment as well.. line wasn't too bad.. got in got out in no time at all.. lady that helped us was really nice too..
