Everyone there is so great. I went in for a simple cleaning and some teeth issues were found. They were very thorough with explaining how to fix the problems and answered all my other weird questions with kindness and a smile. Ms. Alexis the cleaning tech was so awesome. And Mrs. Deborah, that lady right there is awesome. You need information she's got it. Such a sweet lady. I love thus office and team.

So professional, very caring, very gentle with everything that they did, answered all my questions, was very attended to my situation, actually brought tears to my eyes, because I was so fearful about dealing with a new dentist because of past bad experience, that I cried, because I never had anyone treat me so gentle and show so much care; as if they were working on their own child. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone who is looking for a family dentist that really cares. It did not seem as if it was about the money. Or “get them in” and “get them out”. Every one treated me like I was actually Family. I was very impressed and I felt this is going to be “a great dentist”🦷 for me throughout the rest of my life. Dr. Derose is an excellent Dentist! Dr. Derose is very knowledgeable and great at what he does! He always takes time to explain things and he’s very patient with an outgoing personality. Our whole family goes to him. His staff is also great and they are super friendly to work with.

We love this dentist!! They make my 9 year old so comfortable and dental work is a breeze for him! If you’re looking for a place to help avoid your child being scared of the dentist, this is the place!! All the staff is so friendly and the dentist is fun and jokes around with my child!

This was my first visit. Everything went well and always a plus when the front office lady has been there 20 years. Makes all the insurance questions and issues easier to work with.

We just moved here from Houston TX less than a week ago and DeRose was able to get me in for a small emergency fix. I had cap pop off and it needed to go back on. Nothing major but they managed to get me in in just a couple of days. Great people there and the Dr was very detailed in explaining everything to me and his assistant. Great place would recommend.

This is one of the best offices I’ve ever been too! The hygienist Kristie is so fun and outgoing, I love how thoroughly clean my teeth are every time I leave there! And Dr. DeRose and all of his staff are so kind. Any questions I ever have are answered without judgement. I’ve never felt more comfortable at the dentist my entire life. Jana and Dr. DeRose have been working on getting my son's teeth taken filled and back on track for a couple of weeks. He has required gas in the past, but this last couple of times, he has done really great with Jana assuring him that he was safe and wasn't going to feel pain. He has never had fear of the dentist, but has felt more at ease during his appointments when he knows Jana will be there to help him thru his anxiety with the drill and the shots. Thank you!

Not a long wait in reception, office and treatment room was clean, hygienist was thorough and concerned with my comfort. Would recommend this dentist office to friends and family.

Dr. DeRose and his staff are wonderful. I've received excellent care with up-to-date technology that enhanced my dental treatment. I am very happy with DeRose Family Dentistry. My previous experience with another dentist in Battle Creek wasn't good and I had been told l had cavities where none existed. Dr. DeRose confirmed what I suspected, that I did not have cavities in those teeth. I highly recommend Dr. DeRose.

I called DeRose Family Dentistry on Monday morning due to a crown popping out of my mouth causing great discomfort. They were able to get me in for an emergency examination. Dr. DeRose was very busy but he took the time to see me. He understood my pain and did not judge me. He developed a plan for me right on the spot. I am happy to report that Dr. DeRose has me on medicine to treat the infection of one tooth and an absess of another. I go back in 2 weeks for extractions and now have a partner who will help get my smile back. God Bless your entire staff for helping me.

As someone who has a genuine fear of doctors, going here was a joy. Hearing my nurse doing x-rays cheer herself on as she takes the absolute best x-rays is a good indicator that I chose the right place!

My first experience at DeRose Family Dentistry. Like many folks I don't like going to the dentist, but this experience was really a good one. The dental hygienist was very gentle. Dr. DeRose was very thorough. Glad I chose them!

Although dental visits are not my favorite, I have always had good experiences at Dr. DeRose's office. Jenna, the hygienist, was very gentle, everyone was pleasant and friendly, and Dr. DeRose was great about explaining the one issue he found in my exam. I really appreciate the fact that he isn't rushing to do an extensive procedure when it may not be necessary. He's watching it carefully, and keeping me informed. I would recommend this office.

Always pleasant and helpful. As an elderly adult I like that they respect my wishes.
