Michael is the listing agent for a home we put an contingent offer on in Battle Creek. The offer was contingent on the inspection. During the inspection we discovered that there was toxic mold, two gas leaks, leaky plumbing, two of the bathrooms did not function at all, and neither did the kitchen sink upstairs. There were electrical issues and many other issues. As a result of the issues, we decided not to purchase the home.

As soon as the seller accepted our initial offer, she decided to take her home off the market. After we decided to withdraw our offer, which was contingent on the inspection results, Michael the seller have been trying to claim rights to our earnest money. It has be almost two months and it has not been returned.

Michael is not a respectable honest relator. Neither is Berkshire Hathaway. DO NOT WORK with this relator or this agency!
