Dr. McKinley is so amazing! He is very compassionate and caring of his patients. This particular vist I was the very first patient and I was completely blown away when he walked in and greeted every single employee by name! Dr. McKinley gets 5stars from me!

We have been going here for four years. We love the staff and Dr. McKinley ! We always feel well cared for and know we are in good hands.

Dr Rand and his team deserves TEN STARS, so I have to make a second review here. The entire staff here makes you feel like family, not like a patient. They genuinely care about you, and make even nervous patients like myself feel very relaxed. I have had two root canals and an implant with Dr McKinley, and I am extremely pleased.
After procedures, I feel less pain than I have from other dental offices, and for the implant, Dr McKinley actually has production equipment to create the implant tooth right there at his office. Other dentists have to use outside companies for production of the tooth, and their estimates or the procedures were $1000 and $2000 more.
I travel a lot, so I am making this review in comparison to many other dental offices I have visited in my travels. That being said, this is THE BEST dental office I have had the blessing of finding in over 30 years.

The staff here treated me very kindly. I went in today for a root canal and was very nervous. Dr McKinley was very patient and understanding explaining everything to me so I would know what to expect. And it really was painless!! I would recommend them to anyone and I found my new home😊

Dr McKinley is the best Dentist I have ever been a patient of, and I've had a lot of dental issues in my life. He is professional, compassionate and knowledgable of current procedures.

I wish words were enough to say how great this dental office really is. By far, this is the friendliest, most experienced, most comfortable dental office I have had the pleasure of going to.
Normally I am a “nervous patient”, but here I feel like I’m visiting friends rather than getting a root canal.

I love this dentist. You won't find a better dentist in the area. He has over 40 years experience and it shows. My wife and i have had some pretty bad experiences with dentists in the past that have made us leery of dental procedures but this one puts our fears at ease. I went in for a root canal today and was in and out in an hour. In the past I have had root canals take as long as 3 hours with other dentists and it was awful but not here. I would recommend him to anyone even if you are content with your current dentist you could be happier here. They have a friendly staff and great service. You couldn't ask for more from a dentist.

Professional office staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that my teeth receive the utmost care at this dentist office and I am always treated with kindness and respect. Would highly recommend!

Excellent across the board!! Was quoted $7000 at another dentist. Had a root canal, two permanent crowns and other work done for less than half. (same work was doned as quoted by the other dentist in Ft. Myers FL) . Amazing to have a great dentist like this in our small town. The permanent crowns we're made during my appointment. No need to come back in a week like most places. Very pleased with their work there.

Excellent dental office. Great place for kids, too. All of the staff are inviting and are experts at what they do. Highly recommend!

During this visit I came to receive a root canal at which time I requested to receive gas, or any sort of pain blocker to ease my discomfort, throughout the process as I have in previous procedures. Due to me already being in pain for the last two weeks from the last procedure of getting a tooth filling over an abscessed tooth by Dr. Mckinley.

During this time I was not only humiliated, but disrespected as I went to block you with my arm when you maneuvered to inject me with a needle without my knowledge of knowing why you were doing that so fast before the numbing agent was affective, in which you responded by aggressively yelling out for me to “PUT YOUR HAND DOWN” which was loudly shouted out at me in a time where I was vulnerable and already experiencing a great deal of anxiety surrounding the procedure. Even if you were frustrated you could’ve taken that moment to think that maybe I was nervous or scared. You could have said “ma’am please put your hand down” and then explained what you were doing. Dr. Mckinley is always rushing and treating me as a time slot and not a patient!

Will literally tell you are on the verge of needing root canals. But it turns out he's just filling your old fillings. That are also perfectly fine.

Went to a different dentist after seeing that he lied about how much my insurance covered after getting the actual coverage from the insurance company, essentially double dipping.

Other dentist with no knowledge of previous dentist, checks no cavities.

Real twisted. Will sit there and brag about his Alaskan farm and getting a pilots license, just to really rub that salt in. 0\5 Class 0/5 everything

I am willing to change the first rating, but some resolutions need to occur first. I have been calling the office to schedule a New Patient visit, 4 times, left 2 voice messages to return my call. No answer yet. I called during their “normal business hours”. Why? Short staffed? Is this normal? Has anyone else ran into this issue here? Is it SOP to have 1, or 2 people playing multiple roles. When do they listen to the day’s voicemails? Weird?
