Update 9/23: Bout need for Homecoming and Swonks came through..again! Always gorgeous work and affordable. Hubby always surprises me with flowers and their roses always last me a week or longer with several water changes and cuts! Great place! Go!

Older Review: Needed a wrist corsage at the last minute and Swonks came through! A little bit on the pricey side for what we purchased but was worth it since it was last minute and they stayed open for us to get it done!

Gotta say I was highly impressed and happy with the great and friendly service that this place offers.. first time here and I gotta say if i ever need to buy flowers again I well be coming back to this shop. They well work with you and customize your orders and make sure it looks amazing. I'm very grateful this place is in town.

They did an amazing job on the casket blanket for my grandma’s funeral. Everything looked as we expected and delivered two days later to the funeral home for us. They helped us to customize our floral arrangements and helped it become a little more affordable. The girls were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend ordering flowers from swonks for any occasion.

Love the attention to detail and knowledge of the staff! Don’t let the location fool you. This wonderful floral shop can do it all. We went in with photos and received a lot of ideas as well as what would be in season.

Absolutely the best Flower Shop I have found in Battle Creek and they deliver. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an amazing pre or custom arrangement of flowers for any and every occasion.

I went there last min I didnt know what I wanted I gave them a general idea and a price range and they whipped up this very nice arrangement within an hour or so in time for the viewing I was very impressed with their attitudes as they weren't upset at the short notice and they were friendly and they just rolled up thir sleeves and got to work the outcome was timely and the arrangement was beautiful thank you Heather Powell and staff you are wonderful and I am so glad I stopped you reallly stepped up I am 100% satisfied. Giving only hours notice, we made the request for a very unique funeral arrangement to be made, using personal items we brought into Swonk’s Flowers and Gifts in order to commemorate a dearly beloved friend, family member and local business owner. Swonk's provided the flowers for our wedding, and they nailed it! They did a great job of listening to our concerns and adjusting what we needed on the fly. When they brought everything to the venue, we were blown away by how beautifully everything came together. Forever grateful to them for making our special day a success!

I am all about supporting local businesses when they are deserving of it. Not always do local businesses go above and beyond and have great customer service. SWONKS goes beyond that. They take not only pride in their product, they have compassion for the heartbreak of their customers, excitement for the special moments and have made me feel valued as a customer for any occasion I have needed their help with. I have used Swonk's multiple times and am never disappointed. They have the prettiest plants and the most beautiful flower arrangements. Their florist, Megan and Avari, are very talented and kind. Their staff, Erin, is okay, too. Ordering from here is effortless. You give them an idea and they make it happen. 5 stars for sure!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers after hours, and our friend received them the next morning!! AND, she sent us a picture and they were prettier than the website picture. Highly recommend this florist!!

I ordered a flower arrangement not long before the holiday and even in this difficult time Swonk's was able to provide a beautiful bouquet. I expected that due to the lateness of my order it would not be delivered until after the holiday, but instead (and much to my delight) it was delivered early! The flowers were very well received and although substitutions had to be made the end result was gorgeous - perhaps even better than what I ordered in the first place. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Swonk's for doing such an amazing job in spite of such difficult circumstances!

I ordered flowers for my grandmother who was getting home from the hospital as I live out of state and John was amazingly helpful! She hadn’t made it home yet and he kindly gave me the option to deliver later today and called to follow up and make sure she was home so he could deliver them. John is exceptional and I’m so glad I ordered from Swonks!

Thank you so much for a hassle-free experience. My Aunt received a lovely floral arrangement today. I had a really bad experiences with 800-flowers that has driven me to seek out local florists for my flower deliveries. I am ordering from San Francisco, CA. Swonk's did a fantastic job and the flowers made my Aunt's day. She sent me a photo of the flowers and I was very pleased with the arrangement based on what I had chosen off the website. Thank you! A smile was delivered to two people today - me and my Aunt. :)

Swonks is amazing! They do is all my wedding flowers in 2002 and still do my flowers today! I called them with a last minute request last Friday and they made it happen and it was perfect!

Swonk’s did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. I worked primarily with Jeanette and she has such a great vision. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my bridal bouquet to look like and we built the flowers from there. The flowers were more beautiful than I imagined. I would defiantly recommend Swonk’s for your wedding!

I called from Grand Rapids 2 minutes before closing to order a arrangement for a funeral for the next morning at 10 am. I received amazing service and my arrangement arrived on time before the service. Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend :)

I absolutely love this flower shop! They create such beautiful arrangements and are so kind! Their prices are pretty awesome as well! Best flower shop in Battle Creek, hands down. I’ll never go anywhere else!
