Matt Gorham - State Farm Insurance Agent

We needed/wanted to change our home and auto policies. Today I walked into Matt Gorham State Farm Agency and was greeted at the door by a very pleasant young man.
He immediately addressed my needs and introduced me to Kathy. She went over our current policies and explained what they had to offer above and beyond what we had and what she recommended for our needs at the current time. Her explanations were very much appreciated and easy to understand.
Kathy processed a quote for us while I was there and again explained everything in detail. Signed on the dotted line. I didn't need to think this over because I was extremely impressed with Kathy's confidence in her job, her professionalism and her amazing personality.
It was refreshing to walk into this agency and walk out knowing I made the right decision for us.
Kathy is amazing and I can't thank her enough for the way she took care of us today!

I am greeted with a smile at the door every time. The agents and Matt are very friendly and very easy to work with. I believe this is an honest agency as I was told that State Farm couldn’t match my current rates while completing the quote. Amber is one of THE BEST at STATE FARM!!!! She ALWAYS helps work out the kinks that are MY FAULT NOT there's. Then when I got in an accident they was on top of it from the start!!!! I’ve had State Farm in the past and it was not good. My rates kept going up and no one could answer why.. so I switched away from them. Recently decided to give them another try because the deals and promises seemed too good to pass up. I am very pleased. My rep, Robert Owens, is amazing! Always there to answer any questions or to help me when I need it. I recently got hit in a parking lot and to no surprise, the person left! With no note or anything. I called State Farm to put in a claim.. the told me to call gerber collision because that’s one of their recommended partners. I took my car to them and the guy there did an estimate and gave me my conclusion paperwork and to my surprise my $500 deductible was on there. Confused, I called Robert to find out why, seeing how that should have fallen under my comprehensive and I shouldn’t have had to pay my deductible. He said he would do some checking and get back to me. The very next day I got a call from Matt Gorham and he explained to me why it was on there but also said that I would not have to pay and he would take it from there. Thankful for both Matt and Robert. They make paying for my insurance, worth it.
